That's not what I meant. My question was concerned the covid test performed at Heathrow airport and I was wondering if is possible in addition to the covid test certificate to  have the fit to  flight certificate in separate sheet , like as required by Thai embassy.  I've visited the Heathrow web site and the fit to flight certificate is not mentioned in the options they offered

I've already got my COE and the all required documentation I'll leave on mid-February

I just need to get the covid test and fit to flight certificate issued 72  hours before departure but up to now I still don't know where can I get them. If someone could show me where to address to I would be very grateful

I asked the lady in terminal 5 that same question Russell, at the time they did not do a fit to fly certificate it was purely the covid test.

  2. I spoke to the lady in the terminal 5 testing station and she assured me It was an RT-PCR test which is valid for entry to Thailand.

They would send an email and hold a hard copy for you to collect although they destroy the hard copy after one day.

She did mention they do three tests and you have to choose the one you want. So that may be where the confusion regarding the hearsay comes from?

    Hi

Thank you for taking the time to reply, but we are talking about a very different set of circumstances and short of another poster, posting with direct successful experience of making a successful application for an elderly dependent relative I suspect that both 7by7 and Tony have said it all.

Best of luck, you have already done lots of research. Worth a phone call I would have thought?

  4. No. They took copies etc. of everything and I signed all but the manager was super friendly and perfect English.

Can't remember if they took copies of my Thai driving licence?

Something else I remembered which may have made a difference is I had a yellow book already in Phetchabun so it may have been a cancel that one and they issue Pattaya one.

    You cannot have two, apparently.

  5. After my wife got refused her permanent residency, illegally by the home office, We instructed an immigration lawyer who was recommended to us by the lady who organises Thai festivals across England.

Please to say the home office backed down very quickly.

Vine Orchard Solicitors, talk to Matt Harris.

I guess you missed the Happy Hour from opening till 9pm all drinks half price, black soda coke 80b. Country roads has always been a place for reasonable drinks.

It was a surprise to me as I've had many a good night in there. Why in the afternoon where the prices so expensive?

I have been back since...... After checking the drinks menu before I walk in ????
