    I see the difference being that these airstrikes were ordered in their capacity as president. Same goes for Trump 's airstrikes. Trump's election acts were not.

    Back on topic, trump did nothing to move the economy forward, he was just lucky Obama did an excellent job. Biden has dmoved things forward again.
