  1. I don't think it's completely correct, but it sure is a more balanced view than that expressed by other members, maybe they're less adapt to comprehensive reading. So thanks.
  2. Which says something about their perspective, not about my opinions.
  3. See my previous reply.
  4. I never stated nor gave the impression to be elated. I never stated or gave the impression I find Hamas harmless. You omitted to mention my posts are anti-Semitic.
  5. Since you seem to know my narrative, please share it with me.
  6. He's resorting more and more to interpreting posts to give his own opinion. Or better, to try and put people in place.
  7. I'm looking at world politics, not your little England.
  8. At world politics level, sure is Many here are letting their justified disgust for Hamas clouding their vision.
  9. As I said, it's slowly changing, Hamas is on the way of achieving its goals. And that's just the west, Russia, China have come out clearly against Israel and the SA peace plan is off the table for the moment. Wait a few weeks, Israel has just started in Gaza, and the sentiment will have shifted further away from Israel.
  10. It wasn't and you know it. You're not willing to see.
  11. There you go, an added provision. I see more and more politicians saying 'don't forget the plight of the Palestinians '. Outrage is there, the right of Israel to defend itself as well. But it's slowly changing.
  12. The changing sentiment in public opinion and government statements all over the west should give a clear indication. Of course they're prolonging, the longer Israel is bombing and attacking the better for them.
  13. That's what I thought, serious posts are above your head.
  14. Hamas is on the way to reaching their strategic goals.
  15. You're confusing your posters
  16. I have stated in the beginning already that imo the goal of Hamas is to gain public support worldwide by provoking Israeli retaliation. China and Russia are on board already, the Arab world has abandoned the pending treaties. Now in western Europe support for Palestinians seems to be increasing. Not sure about the USA but I would expect the same to happen there. I'm referring to both government statements, a gentle change there, and general public opinion. So I think Hamas is on the way of achieving its goal.
  17. So support is not growing or that wasn't the Hamas' goal?
  18. In the west it seems support for the Palestinians is growing. Could it be Hamas is achieving its goal?
  19. By stating that a comparison on impact based on number of inhabitants makes no sense. Lower numbers will have a much higher impact in Israel than UK or US due to the population being more interconnected.
  20. You're showing your own bias here
  21. I would agree with that. You also underlined that your own comparison doesn't make sense.
  22. I find it telling and a very good sign for elections in other places and countries that they managed to achieve it without falling in the negativity trap.
