The Officer who stamps you out, just say re entry they will guide you. Re entry form filled out with photo pasted Photo copy of Passport photo page, last entry stamp page, current visa/ extension of stay.

Immigration has nothing to with a Yellow Book, many expats dont even have one, not a problem. A Bangkok YB will be required for requesting Thai citizenship at the SB Police in Bangkok.

All non Thai cards (credit or debit) are charged a withdrawal fee of 220 THB per transaction. Krungsri allows 30k THB per pull, not sure about other banks. However, Aeon ATMs charge only 150 THB, but there is a catch, 20k THB per transaction allowed.
