I am asking about Thai people by birth, not foreigners/PR's, etc, not talking about using fake ID's I believe the ID CARD can be changed/renewed, but the ID NUMBER stays for life - is this correct??

Hello all I believe Thai people have an ID card with a 13 digit number that follows them for life? My question is - can the NUMBER ever be changed? ie if I wanted to find someone after a few years, will that ID number always be there, and a lawyer could find the person?? Thanks

I didn't say everything got funded. Read what I wrote - I said every government diverted billions to Covid research. Many, many research scientists working on anything even remotely resembing infectious diseases, virology, etc, got diverted to doing Covid stuff. All sorts of things got funding that would not normally get funding. Just common sense

Every government in the world diverted billions of dollars to Covid reserach in 2020 If this idea had any merit, it would have been funded If it seems to good to be true, it probably is
