It's an allegation. A she said she said situation.

Mix-up or misconduct? Lawyers in Hunter Biden case spar over last-minute filing by GOP lawmaker

'"The judge then asked Clark to explain what happened or possibly face sanctions.

Late Tuesday, the staff member filed an affidavit with the court explaining that the mix-up was in the clerk’s office and provided details of what she said, her notes and the call records.

The person who made the call is not even a practicing attorney.

So the judge is lying and made up these false accusations to smear Hunter's lawyers? Not likely is it.

Your attempt to portray Ms Bengels as minor employee - "not even a practicing attorney" looks problematic. She wasn't the tea lady.

"As the Managing Attorney of Litigation Services in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, Ms. Bengels renders advice on a wide range of procedural issues and strategic concerns arising in all stages of the litigation process. In addition to providing detailed analyses of federal, state and local rules of procedure, Ms. Bengels oversees the filing process to ensure compliance with all court requirements and guides the litigation process from commencement to resolution."

Looks like she is qualified enough to know that impersonating the state lawyers to get damning evidence against her client removed from the record is wrong. Criminally wrong. Not holding my breath expecting any justice for her or her team, unless they become conservatives at any rate.

Your comment about EV's being essentially coal powered would make some sense if, in fact, coal provided the majority of power. Is that the case in the UK? Is it the case in the EU? Is it the case in the developed world? Even in China the percentage of power provided by coal is falling. In fact, China is leading the world by far in the installation of new renewable sources.

And as for what's coming down the pipeline, overwhelmingly it's renewables In fact over the next five years, renewables will account for over 90% of all new power generation

to achieve such dominance they will have to work on the safety aspect. I wonder, do they factor in all these fires in the emissions caused by EV's? Bet they don't and to my eyes it looks like a whole lotta smoke, and at least one body.

Come on! Not that false equivalence B.S. again! The Dems never claimed there had been massive fraud, did not assault the Capitol, did not refuse to certify elections, etc...

Calling Trump illegitimate because he is notably incompetent is quite a different thing.

No they did far worse. They falsely accused Trump of treason for colluding with Putin to game the 2016 election and never accepted it. How quickly some have forgotten(or pretend to more like) the Trump Russia collusion hoax and the ridiculous about to be expunged impeachments now we know there WAS a there there.
