i was in need of workers ( helpers handyman)........ all efforts in pattaya lost of time i got people from a rayong company i know, but only due to it was raining ( they noramly bussy ) i tried 5 woodshops ( woodwork) , one said in 3 weeks they can do ( small wood job half day for prepare and install), all others no time , and the shop i normal go had only 2 workers instead of over 10 , and said they fabric it but no install. and many many shops if granite, glass wood are closed down in the last 5 years, here Thais are unwilling to make this jobs,now more than ever.you will find a security guy or for every work whats not handjob , but handjob work , even its payed good , no chance ( i think even many are overpayed bcs work is lack of knowledge, botch and lazyness

Flights and transfer desk !!! if you fy with same airline or alliance ist ok , BUt!!!! you cant fly for example THai to india and after Indigo ...!!!! i see many people denied boarding !!!!! yes india is a driety country, but airports are improving, its in mumbai not so bad now ..the good thing 1,5ltr water take to airpland is 1,50$ or a meal chinese or so 5$ , indiian is cheaper but i not eat. cheap airport for food and drink

i think most here comment never fly.............. just about indigo, i used many times for OW tickets , for flights bkk baku bkk tashkent bkk istanbul. i never had bad satff expririence or any delays in flights. I book always my seat row 1 cost about 15$ and have a lot of legroom. flights are cheaper, so no expect a super service , but fair ...only the cleaning of aircrafts, typical india porks , are like the rest of india ( for ex sticky dirty windows from inside i mean) i made a 5 year india visa , bcs i dont always want stay on airport and wait and i can comninate flights for example thai air/ indigo , whats without visa not possible. 80$ the visa worth the money. ..i not india fan , very very s**** country, but be realistic when comment about an airline

Montly incomming, i think not right Cambodia , just was there . application all docs ok , remote work contract ,asking for passport owner , i said its a limited company and showed company register from internet (you can google company), than ok. as well have bankpaper from thai and cambodia ( signed by bank with stamp signature). they really stricted and ask maybe for more paper. after this provided ok and no forget 400 usd cash the sad thing , i take docs back is !!!! the visa application takes in MINIMUM 1 week , i was planing back on tuesday , now must change or make next time dont know until tomorow

no that hv to make 2 time year better enrty stamp or non oa multiple 1yr (i am eligible) but both not fit ( i could use it only 1month now and winter 3 month and than for next is already expired) i want to get away the problem , so this dtv would fit if somebody read here a 5 year Non O X i could prove 3mb Thb, but outside country not in thailand and he other qustion there is if can apply in the country where have the money but no residence there ( said hv to apply home country ,..i do not have a residence in europe bcs i less 6 month there)

financial reuirment is ok no problem some offer the paperwork? ie classes what qualify ( B) section or a proforma ( A) contracts for me i on entry stamp no visa , i in thailand aprox or less than 6 month per year , but minimum 12 visa exempt stamps ( bcs of travel) and already once making trouble for this stamp a tr visa not fit , 1 yr non o -a not fit bcs i go europe now (sept) and i could use it only in winter bcs expire than next summer , not worth the money DTv would fit..and would sove all problems

other countrys make it much easier, for example 5 Year TR Visa .. no financial requirments , many question ,but once aplly by internet ,on arrival receive 5 year visa valid per year up to 180 days FEE 80 USD ....very easy ( i have it bcs sometime in india for some reason--really not preferd country aehhh) type of visa really wolud make sense for thailand ... and ist only 180/360days and you cant stay longer !! or process at immigration long stay so they make sure ts tourists who not stay longer than 180 days

I feel like sitting in a chemical lab. Yes new Cras always smelling , bút this was 10 fold like a fiat honda or whatever. secondary , the cheaper plastic parts ( or feel cheaper) rest of the car was impressive and nice but the smell was a nogo

we just bought a new car. We was at the chinese companys too. The most intresting car was BYD attos, very stylish and the price sure 35% lower than a CRV. and more modern design. as i even sceptical , the car was smelling like a cheamical lab ( i have friend have one ,even after a year smelling) was the biggest point notto buy ,,even complained to the seller this as a no go , and the plastic parts all feel like they 2mm thinner than in other cars , meaning low quality. a nice car ............... but at the end we bought a new Honda hrv , wahts sure less inovative and less standards , but its relaiable , compare to byd ist expensive but i know what i get. (our old honda still in our hands 11 years no repairs!! ex. tires ,brakes,oil) att: i have friends now with older chinese car like mg 4-5 years old they all compaining about heavy prices of spareparts-i think there is where the money comes and second with 100 k km one car fells like 500k on a tioyota when drive)

I never understand People buying Elite cards. I am over 30 Years here , and since 5 Years only half of the year ,bcs more easy living and better clima in other country. Everchanging rules , I had Investment Visa based on 3mb about 20 years ago, and under Taxsim , rules get changed , even it was Grandfatherd . 3mb must than stay in Goverment bank at 0% ( 0%policy of intrest for foreigner at this time) what was bringing an intrest loss per anum of aprox 200,000 thb ( local intrests at 6-7% at this time) , or the cost of visa to 200.000 ,+++ than i get the visa for 20k special from bkk immigration , and when thats not possible later ,i was travel to philippines and send passport to honorary conulate receiving a multi 1 year non b /o ( not illegal because staying outside thailand during visa aplication), and the story goes on , when this not possible more with boarderruns and various visas. I am even not want stay in thai more the whole year , but that i come back in June here ..get only 30 day stamp, gone 10 day abroad , 2 days longer because of the 60 days start 15.7 ...and what i received at 13h on 15.07 at the swampi airport only 30 days AMAZING THALAND, i go back overseas on 20.8 wiath 7 day overstay and thats one or the reasons , i left thailand , ever changing rules, senseless anouncment.
