    I reckon Thailand has many expats whom do not moan on social media.. forums like Aseannow are not a good litmus test.

    Some private hospitals take on Social Security covered people. Mine accepts 100 per year. These spots are snapped up real damn quick, I was lucky when I started work one of the HR ladies was good friends with who ever at the hospital and I got in.

    yeah to many tourists for my liking at the moment... wish we could go back to covid times.

    Yeah as I said, not sure of the limits.. no mention on the card. Covers my 6 weekly visits which are Bt.5000 a visit. Last year covered me for numerous months in hospital and 3 surgeries. I had to pay the cost of private room once released from ICU. Room was 7k a day... minus the 750 a day rate for common ward, minus food, minus the 5k a day my private insurance paid and I was out of pocket 300b per day.
