    If he booked through a 3rd party its the 3rd party that pays compensation to him. Using a 3rd party is a mistake unless a real travel agent not a website. This is common knowledge. If people have never travelled before maybe ask someone who has the best way to book. Airlines merge flights all the time if low numbers.

    Gee whiz flight cancelled, big drama. Flights were stopped for 2 years with covid. I got free hotel and taxi when my flight was cancelled. But Im an adult not a 54yo manchild.
