It just hit me that THIS is the point of border runs hah So in reality, you can obtain your first visa exempt entry, then get your extension, leave the country and start the process all over again? So as long as you're leaving the country, you can keep on obtaining the visa exempt entry extension in perpetuity?

This has probably been explained ad nauseum, but what visas/situations are border runs acceptable for, and how many times can you do it? Is it for people who want to come here on a tourist visa and stay in perpetuity? Or just people in a pinch?

I'm on the 23rd floor of a fairly recent building, and every morning and night I get a sewage odor coming out of the shower drain and the kitchen sink drain. I've searched about it here and it seems to be a fairly common problem. Despite the threads, it doesn't seem like there's an agreed upon solution (assuming there is one). Is there anything in particular that works to at least help alleviate the issue? Thanks
