So trials are totally unnecessary! Research is a waste of time! All those eminent scientists researching and trialing cures for cancer are stupidly wasting their time. Just come up with any old mix of cancer drugs and try it out on millions of cancer sufferers. It would be "very stupid" to wait for the findings of research! Why do the Thai population put up with this dangerous nonsense.

Pheu Thai leader questions the government’s purchase of Sinovac
grandpa replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The irregularity is that the government actually purchased Sinovac, and continue purchasing it despite their own acknowledgement that it has a low efficacy! -
There speaks a man who one day says no-one "escaped" from quarantine "prison" one day and then admits to 2 absconders the day after!

It needs more people like him to speak out and tell us the truth, but most people are too frightened to speak out for fear of reprisals in this hot bed of lies and corruption from the very top down!!!

Thailand in talks to buy COVID-19 vaccines from European nations
grandpa replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Unlikely to have too much spare floating around in Europe as following new research, people will probably require at least one booster. https://www.statista.com/chart/25575/pfizer-astrazeneca-efficacy-loss/ -
Where were the Police? Surely they should have moved people on, or arrested them. If this was Bangkok, they would have had water cannons and rubber bullets to contend with!

Thai Government Asks Businesses to Prepare for “Company Isolation Rules”
grandpa replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
But in another post on this page:- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said yesterday (Wednesday) that he is seeing signs that the COVID-19 spread in Thailand is slowing So someone claims that the spread is slowing whilst others are preparing for a massive increase! Why not be honest with the people and admit that you haven't got a clue! -
"we have done quite well". Clearly this must have lost something in translation! "But next year it needs to be good." It needs to be effective! How come there are doses of AZ vaccine lying around on shelves going out of date, when "farangs" in Isaan cannot get vaccinated for love or money! The man needs to go!

Thailand seeks 12 million Sinovac shots for mix-and-match vax strategy
grandpa replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Which "officials"? Surely it would be better to have medical proof of this cocktail before unleashing it on the general public! As neither the Thai AZ or Sinovac are, as yet, recognised by UK or most of Europe, I shall not be availing myself of this trial! -
