The Trendy Office building (its correct name but how does it's name matter, anyway?) is a modern, clean, well-equipped office building, by no stretch of the imagination could it be described as "rundown". It is not in an "obscure side street", it is in a well-known, easily located street with an abundance of parking spaces in central Sukhumvit Road near Asok.
