Convicted and sentenced by coup tainted courts. Do you believe in fair trials and equality before the law? My beliefs are irrelevant to his cases in which he has being charged, convicted and sentenced. That is the point that I am discussing.

That would be because you're not a lawyer. It's not unusual for some countries to prosecute their citizens for crimes committed overseas.

It's not as easy or straightforward as that for someone in the position that he describes.
