Agreed I was talking about soi 81
-
So, all the attractions of Soi 81 are not located in Soi 81.

This is a common fallacy in Thailand. Thai youth think "my partner is not a sex worker and doesn't have sex with sex workers, so we are safe and don't need a condom." Many see not using a condom as a sign of mutual trust and love. As a result, "normal" teens have become a main risk group for HIV. ALWAYS use condoms, except in a monogamous relationship. Monogamous means much longer than a couple of weeks. Sex without a condom gets yourself sick and spreads disease to others. (And, no, the chances are not 1:25,000 as pseudo-statisticians claim.)

There is the former Onnut food court, moved to the bridge of Khlong Bangchin. Closes late in the evening, and is boring anyway. KaraOK near Lee Garden. The most popular places at night are the three 7/11. There used to be a streetwalker opposite KV, not sure whether she still works there. A python lives in the neighborhood, quite a big one. There used to be a free swimming pool, closed at night. At night you can swim in Khlong Bangchin and try to catch a lizard. If it's raining, you can also enjoy the flooding near the soi entrance. KV has a porch where you can sit and watch the traffic. The ice cream parlour (2 tables) has folded, unfortunately. You can chat with the motorcycle guys at the soi entrance, 24 hours. You see, it's an exciting area. A while ago, someone posted a video from some influencer. This guy found Soi 81 so exciting, he turned around and went to Soi 50 instead.

No.

No. As a very rough generalization, you can say the younger the patient the more aggressive the tumor growth. In very old people (78is not very old), tumors often grow so slowly that invasive treatment is not warranted. Many AN members will know this about prostate cancer.

A lot of cancers can be cured. Especially with children. But there are also many adults surviving more than 5 or 10 years. A friend had malignant melanoma 30 years ago. Another hat bladder carcinoma 12 years ago. Another had colon carcinoma about 15 years ago. All are well now.

Same price, 13,500 (for 2 shots), at Sukumvit Hospital, right now.

No, the ultra violent rays in Thailand are green in color, sometimes with pink dots.

Thanks for posting. The immigration website says: The above mentioned documents (1-5) must be sent by registered mail before the renewal date 15 days to Immigration Office in local area where the foreigner resides. I don't fully understand this. When should I send my letter to CW? If due date is Oct 15, I send on Oct 1? Or is that too late?

Polish Passenger Threatens to Bomb Plane Mid-air on Flight to Bangkok
Lorry replied to Georgealbert's topic in Bangkok News
God knows what really happened. Several words and expressions in Polish sound or translate like bomb, but really mean different things (a hammer, a Christmas decoration, a scandal) -
All Thai banks do have these self-certification forms. One big bank uses forms that are illogical. Another big bank says, these forms are for people who want that CRS data are transmitted. Someone has posted that Thai banks just assume you are a tax resident in your country of passport. It's all a bit messy. It was quite messy when they started CRS in my home country, too (example: report CRS data to a non-participating country, confusing countries with similar names, etc)

I used to have 2 Moka Pots from Shopee, 250 each. Very flimsy. They lasted 2 years each. Then I bought Pedrini, at Emporium, 750 b. In the second year now, and they certainly will last 6 years. As for the coffee, I still have a lot of Illy, cheaply bought in Europe.

Pit Bull Attacks & Kills 67-Year-Old Woman Cycling in Pathum Thani
Lorry replied to Georgealbert's topic in Bangkok News
But they are so cute and lovely! They don't kill many people, out of 8 billion, only a tiny percentage is killed by pitbulls. They only kill the old and weak, this old lady certainly had some preexisting condition, otherwise she would have just run away. And why does she live in a pitbullish neighborhood, anyway? If you have a good defense, you are safe. BTW I am moving to Sam Khok next week. Anybody knows where to buy a second hand Abrams for my defense?- 167 replies

If I would have ordered my faucet online, I would have bought something unusable. I am a sanitary idiot. For some things I really need professional help.

The DTV has been promoted (not only for employed remote workers, but also) for "freelancers" right from the beginning, and I don't see that's changed. The required proof is the "professional portfolio" showing "freelancer status" (as seen on all the websites of Thai embassies, copied from the original MFA explanations). Sounds a lot like self-employed to me. The very first AN member who reported he got a DTV @LivinLOSdid not have employment (but he owned a company). On 7/23, @HauptmannUKreported a vlogger got one. That guy is vlogging as a hobby, so what if he starts to make a bit of money? I didn't delve into it more, as it's not relevant for me at the moment. But it sounds interesting.

AFAIK dirty farang don't get senior cards - we use up more space than a Thai, cause more wear and tear because we are overweight, and because we are so dirty we cause more cleaning work.

Condor Resumes Direct Flights to Thailand, Boosting Tourism Revival
Lorry replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Of course, not many Germans have never been to Thailand. -
I like a shop - where I can ask a question and get an answer - staff is not rude to me - where the things on display are actually for sale, not just for show A plus is - if the things I bought are not defective - if the staff honors the publicized return policy My nearest HomePro is in walking distance. But if I have to travel across town to another branch anyway, I might just as well go to another shop.
