Sold my property that was in a company to a foreigner and basically we just transferred the company to him and removed me , my Thai wife and our nominees . We then paid lawyers fees and transfer tax I think it was . All done in lawyers office as they already done any paperwork that needed sorted at land office which was minimal as far as I know .

Thai neighbour said yesterday chicken and pork had almost doubled in price in makro . She noticed it as she buys it for her dogs several times a week .

I suggest you get one with motion detection recording . It records when the car is sitting idle and any sense of movement or impact it stores the previous 20 seconds or so and after so you can find what hit your vehicle. Very handy in car parks or if you park in the street with all the quality drivers there are here !

Which is why I spend a lot of time looking at the sellers before buying . Things like vitamins etc for myself I only buy from boots or watsons . If something that is usually expensive is at a very low price compared to the rest then you can bet it’s probably fake. Wouldn’t buy aftershave or perfume off lazada and wouldn’t buy clothes other than tops and shorts I would only wear around the house . Everything else will be miles off in size , poor quality or fake .

Anything electrical I have bought off lazada also never had a problem with .

Yes . They are from vet pharmacy retailers or pet shops . Not everyone on lazada is some single person selling fake stuff from a spare bedroom .

Can keep waffling on about numbers all they want but all I know is I’m in samui still waiting for a first jab and know plenty of others waiting also . Despite figures released saying 98% of island having had their first jab ????

The people are suited , masked and gloved up putting coffin in vehicle. But is it actually possible to catch covid from a dead person ? 

Lazada have some that are usually cheaper than vets but you have to check the shop they are coming from , reviews etc .

I buy medicated shampoos , silver treatment creams , ear drops and apoquel for my dog as far cheaper than vets in most cases . Some human medicine can be given to dogs but you really need read up on it and dosages can be problem to work out .

Easy way to round up protesters and lay into them ! 
As long as protests continue then these rules will stay to make charging them easy under false pretence.

He should be starting to be concerned about the large groups going around Bkk calling for his head !!

Thats 7 weeks worth of people arriving and from going out on Sunday and driving from one end of island to fishermans village I can tell you it was dead and most places shut . That had nothing to do with it being Sunday either .

Interesting to note the president of the tourist association has the same second name as one of the black nightclub owners where the large outbreak started ! ????

I spoke to someone who tested positive after meeting with a person who had been at a club in samui. They got stuck in quarantine in a hotel for 14 days , weren’t allowed to smoke incase it gave anyone covid from their balcony , got released on day 14 not having been tested the whole time there and then told to self isolate at home for a further 14 days and someone would come test them at the end of that !! ????????

They had zero symptoms at all and were only told to get tested initially as immigration called them knowing they had been in contact with an infected person. 
Cost of this seemingly amazing ???? 14 days runs at around 87000bht !

16 days ASQ in Bkk with three tests can be bought for around 27000bht ! 
Go figure ????????

My thoughts exactly and what I told friends the moment they kicked in. Said it was put in place and expanded to stop gatherings or groups and to make movement harder for protesters . But this lot protesting now seem to be up for the challenge from a few clips I seen and are willing to carry on no matter the consequences.

Yes this is true , but the point I was making is as long as they keep getting positive tests they will carry on keeping things closed regardless if the person has zero symptoms or not and keep forcing people into quarantine which turns out is a nice little earner for hotels who are void of tourists .

I’m sure they will be safe as it’s dead and they installed something like a thousand new cctv cameras last year !
