  1. If not for the Jan 6 committee holding the DOJ's toes to the fire, I doubt we'd be having this discussion. It finally became so painfully obvious that 45 had really crossed the line that Merrick Garland HAD to take some action. THAT sumbich is certainly not on my Christmas list.
  2. I honestly think she will give him one last chance with an extremely stern warning in words of one syllable or less. He will then step right outside the courtroom and violate that warning. He's just like a child who you warn "don't touch that wet paint!" and the stubborn, spoiled brat sticks his pinky finger gingerly on it to see if you'll react.
  3. This cornered rat is feeling the heat and has come dangerously close to putting himself in shackles until his trial. The judge specifically warned him about threatening witnesses, and this is textbook nose-thumbing at the judge. If it were ANYONE else performing these incredibly stupid acts, they'd be behind bars cooling their heels.
  4. He is a white nationalist, pure and simple as that. Not all 45 supporters are racists, but all racists are 45 supporters.
  5. You keep spouting this nonsense. I can come up with many sources that state the 45 campaign DID collude. https://www.americanprogress.org/press/statement-u-s-senate-report-confirms-trump-campaign-colluded-russia-caps-neera-tanden-says/
  6. It was a stretch for me to come up the the 800k. I did it, but it ate up almost all my cash reserves and I was NOT going to take out a mortgage if I could help it. If they start tinkering and raise that amount substantially, I'm going straight to an agent. The going rate my friends quote me is ~12k/year. Even if that annual cost goes, let's say, to 40k, that 800k will last 20 years, and I damn well don't expect to last that long myself.
  7. I contacted them as well and got a nearly word-for-word similar response. "First of all, CP-Meiji would like to apologize for any inconvenience may have caused to you for the issue: Meiji Pasteurized Milk - Supply Shortage. We would like to inform you that this period (August - October) in every year in Thailand is "Dry Cow Period" then we have the limited of raw milk supply to produce Meiji Pasteurized Milk to serve over demand. We sincerely apologize once again for the issue and thank you very much for your valuable information and understanding." In nearly 18 years here, I've never heard of such a thing, nor experienced this milk shortage, though Google does return a few results from a "Dry Cow Period" search.
  8. The ball gargling from Graham and McCarthy is shameful. Graham is an attorney and KNOWS he's lying through his teeth. McCarthy is just a puppet performing whatever self-debasing acts his master tells him to. The few real 45 supporters I am forced to associate with to keep peace in the family admit they know 45 is a liar, and is "most likely guilty of all charges" (THEIR words!), but they just don't care. The racial epithets they throw around explains it all.
  9. I wrote to Meiji corporate and asked why the severe lack of milk and received this response: "Dear Sir, First of all, CP-Meiji would like to apologize for any inconvenience may have caused to you for the issue: Meiji Pasteurized Milk - Supply Shortage. We would like to inform you that this period (August - October) in every year in Thailand is 'Dry Cow Period' then we have the limited of raw milk supply to produce Meiji Pasteurized Milk to serve over demand. We sincerely apologize once again for the issue and thank you very much for your valuable information and understanding. Best Regards," So I guess this is an actual thing, corroborated by the Google machine, though this is the first time I've noticed it in my almost 18 years here.
  10. His attorney went on that fake not-news network shortly after the arraignment and explicitly said 45 committed the crime of conspiracy. The idiot attorney, thinking he was being clever by working the court of public opinion, told the audience 45 had a pow wow with VP Pence and gave him several options on how to turn the election outcome. In front of corroborating witnesses! And Pence is starting to sing that song in public, loud and clear. For gawd's sake, 45 committed the crimes, has been caught dead to rights, and thinks he can outmaneuver the likes of Jack Smith? These are truly the delusional acts of the galactically stupid. At least Nixon had the smarts to realize when he was beat and took the "get out of jail free" card offered. I honestly feel that 45 has finally met his match and will be fitted for the orange jumpsuit he so richly deserves.
  11. I've actually emailed Meiji twice asking "What the hell happened?" All I get back is the sound of crickets.
  12. Got this from 7/11 Chanthaburi less than an hour ago. Bidding starts at 3000 baht. No low balling, I know what I got. ????
  13. IF Smith had charged the traitor with sedition and the charge stuck, this would have prevented the traitor from ever holding a gubmint office again. Wiser heads have said he most likely DIDN'T because the traitor could have cried alligator tears, saying Smith was performing election interference to prevent him from running. Smith holds his cards absolutely against his chest, and we'll most likely never know.
  14. Word on the street is they WILL be indicted later on. IF they were indicted at the same time, 45 could use them to delay, delay, delay. This indictment is clean and concise. He may actually have to be fitted for an orange jumpsuit.
  15. Not sure if this guy survived Covid. If he did, he makes a memorable pizza: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g2005201-d1943634-Reviews-Drifters_Beach_Cafe-Na_Chom_Thian_Sattahip_Chonburi_Province.html
  16. Hasn't that weasel forgotten one tiny detail? He has to become president first.
  17. It's curious, 45's defenders are all but non-existent on this forum any more. Did they finally come to their senses? The twice indicted (and more to come), twice impeached scum used to draw such heated debate - NOT that I miss those idiotic wastes of time.
  18. At this point, ya GOTTA ask "Just WHAT will it take to make his cult wake the hell up?!?" This isn't a joke, this multiple-time loser puts the nation at risk, and he's what Republicans WANT?
  19. The frightening thing is so many people are ignorant to what The Federal Reserve actually is and what it is not. The Fed is NOT an official U.S. government entity. Biden has nothing to do with it, he doesn't control it, it is not anywhere within his purview. The Fed IS a private body of bankers who are basically global marionettes, manipulating the markets under the false pretense of doing good for the world when in fact their sole interest is lining the pockets of mega banks by brokering loans with money that's NOT theirs from one country to another, taking their unfair share with every transaction. The U.S. fought the Revolutionary War to get out from under the oppressive thumb of the Bank of England, and for a few short years this actually succeeded. Then the Bank of England morphed into The Federal Reserve and now we're right back where we started. If you've ever seen "Game of Thrones," the bankers who loaned money to all the warring families is a frighteningly accurate comparison.
  20. It appears that the Bidens did have multiple shell companies that were crafty in their ability to hide money received. The problem is the Republicans continue to overplay their hand, making downright stupid accusations, relying on witnesses who turn out to be criminals. Was Joe directly involved? I doubt it, he doesn't appear to have the kind of personality that would gravitate towards it. His son Hunter, however, is highly suspect. If the Republicans would grow up, put on their big boy pants, and start behaving like responsible adults, people might take them more seriously. But isn't THAT a silly idea!
  21. Why even bother having a vote? Merely to give the appearance of a democracy???
  22. I've been a homeless street person, I know what it's like to be as financially destitute with my teeth rotting in my head as one can be, so don't lay that garbage on me.
  23. I'm curious as to how bad a threat is it for someone to off themselves. I mean, even having your kneecaps broken would be better than suicide.
