I wouldn't approve of being called that around others, for my own reasons.  

Is there any type of business in the UK that you can use for an address?  

There are businesses in the USA that only do the mail address stuff you get your own address and mailbox.  It's not a PO Box.  I use one, I've never seen it, and I'll never go there, it's just a building that mail is received and processed.  I use the address for official mail.  Receive my mail, scan to a pdf, available same day, ship to me Fedex, ups, dhl, and can deposit checks in my bank.  Tied to all my CC and banking and my pensions, anything official.  Cost is about $30 USD per month.  Hope you can figure something out for your situation.

Laughing at this nonsense.  Your statement is only half correct.  Temperature is what activates the THC, whether you decarb it or smoke it....it's the heat.  Coconut oil, or butter too, is as you say "an effective medium for delivery".  This is called infusion when you combine decarb'd flower with coconut oil and heated up.......to INFUSE the oil with already activated THC. If you try to combine the two and decarb and infuse together, you will only achieve a partial decarb.  Decarb flower first, then infuse.  You do not need coconut oil to decarb, do not use oil or butter or anything during decarb.   Once you decarb, you can now consume the decarb'd flower as is.  Sprinkle on food, salads, or eat just eat it.  Maybe you mistakenly said this about coconut oil activating the THC, but only temperature at the correct range and for a set amount of time will activate it, not coconut oil or butter or anything else - only temperature.  Same as the flame to a bowl or a joint.....the heat activates it.  Cannabis can be decarb'd at home in the kitchen with an oven.

No, I don’t understand it.  But, it’s gotta suck to be in that position.   Maybe some life choices made earlier in life could have led to a better career that either provided good insurance or paid enough to afford buying it.

Sadly again, it sounds like the usual suspect.  Thailand must be a haven for cheap charlie brits that have their priorities all hosed up. And they apparently do not understand the value of earning lifetime health insurance/medical coverage when they were working and that coverage could likely be worth more than any pension.  Even the advert at the end of the story is about medical insurance.  If any of this pisses you off or you still don’t get it…..well, there’s your sign.  Regardless, prayers for his speedy recovery.

Wifi calling works for me.  So does my USA mobile carrier, on wifi or using cellular. No cost.

he truth is that the Thai police are simply not sufficiently trainined in crash and road safety protocol.

It is unlikely, in fact almost certain that the accident was not properly calibrated and analysed by the police so things like crash helmet, speed etc. will never be known within normal acceptable standards of proof.

SMH.  "...Thai police not trained in crash and road safety protocol."    This ain't the problem.  That mindset thinking is like waiting for a fire to start, and then saying the fire department didn't put the fire out correctly.  The problem is the loose nut behind the handlebars.....or steering wheel, and it starts long before that.

Taking pictures of a jail in some countries may cause authorities to think maybe you are doing surveillance.

Another reason to use cards that will protect you and not hold you liable if someone scams your account or even fools you into thinking the purchase is legit.  Instead, use a CC with no international transaction fees, and use the app or web portal from your home country bank and pay the card's balance every month.  Have a back up, and maybe two or three backups to pay from.  

I think it's seeds, not plants.  You can plant what you want and only grow your allowance......I think I read this last year.  Try a Google search where to get "cannabis or ganja seeds in Thailand". Multiples places that will send you an order of seeds.   Leafly.com is good source of information before you buy seeds and then work weeks or months to grow and cultivate and the result is less than expected.  Make sure that when you buy a packet of seeds that it or the breeder who produced them can list where the seeds came from and how they were crossed and/or backcrossed to get the seed that you hold in your hand. If you can’t get a seed’s history, it could be anything and the result of poor breeding practices.  Good luck to your wife.  Post some pics, let others know your experience.  Thanks
