  1. When people paid for the private hospitals vaccination there were very few options available..what should have been a sensible rollout within a month or so of ordering was hampered by petty government officials like Mighty mouth..what a donkey..eee oooing!
  2. All vaccinations administered or sold in Thailand have been passed by the Thai FDA. And in fact all vaccinations available at private hospitals have been purchased via a government agency at the government's command (it's why they are so late, because allegedly Anutin held up the paperwork) slimy toads they are!
  3. And no information for the approved ones! What a waste of letters!
  4. When I got my insurance first time around they sent someone out to get a rubbing of the frame and engine number..if the insurance put in the wrong number then it's their fault. But if on later investigation the insurance company find that the engine and frame don't match from manufacturer details they certainly have a case.. on a different note.. how many of us see accidents on a straight road here!!!!
  5. With both of these being in Phuket could it possibly be something in the water! Or some local hair product?
  6. Funny enough Prime Minister Phibun wanted to move the capital to Phechabun back in 1944. It was rejected by small minded politicians. They don't Change! I was probably an idea ahead of its time. But as soon as the major roads were built it should have been revisted. https://www.pressreader.com/cambodia/the-phnom-penh-post/20150227/281771332644777
  7. Weren't they checked in Swampy airport before getting on the plane to Samui? Surely only the direct from foreign countries passengers should be checked.
  8. The UK government aren't worried about the UK army having solar power stations simply because the army works under the UK government. Rather than the army running the government like here in Thailand. Oh and ps, I did get the sarcastic comment about small UK army. As in underdeveloped etc. https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/cbp-7930/ Thailand armed forces staffing; As of 2020, the Royal Thai Armed Forces number 360,850 active duty and 200,000 reserve personnel,[15] nearly one percent of Thailand's population of 70 million. This percentage is higher than that of the US, but lower than that of nearby Vietnam.[16]: 5 [17] The Thai military has more than 1,700 flag officers (generals and admirals), roughly one general for every 212 troops, a bloated number for a military of its size.[18][19] By comparison, the US military as of 1 November 2018 had 920 active duty general and flag officers (GFOs) for a force of 1,317,325 personnel, or one flag officer for every 1430 troops
  9. But wouldn't prospective tourists actually need to know NOW so they can organize holiday and bookings etc..there are existing bar and restaurant alcohol licensing laws which would suffice to keep things under control. Open up fully. That's what to they need to do..bar areas are devastated. Restaurants are struggling or flaunting the rules to survive.. open up fully.
  10. Some teachers haven't received their first shots yet, This lot, the police and the army are getting 3rd shots!!
  11. When finished they come down the rope at a relativly high speed, luckily it was noticed.
  12. unfourtantly no. it states 0.5 dose, which is the standard.. The Government purchase agency set the prices for the private hospitals.
  13. The one up the nose or saliva that you can buy from a pharmacy. I may have got the name wrong
  14. I did. I am refering to the Ministry of Education statement a few days ago stating that schools cannot make it mandatory.
  15. The school cannot force you to have your child vaccinated. It is voluntary. But they can insist on PCR TEST every 7 days while the child attends school and prior to attending.
  16. As far as I'm aware if they do army cadets in school in M4-6 (high school) they avoid conscription.
  17. Both the USA and EU have approved Pfizer for children over the age of 12 (Moderna will follow soon) The Thai government will be using Pfizer for the kids with parents approval. Teachers get Astrazenca (2 doses) or Sinovac Astrazenca (one dose each) or if already vaccinated with Sinovac they are offered an Astrazenca booster. There is a possibility that Astrazenca and Pfzer will be available. If you are not vaccinated then you need to do a PCR test every 7 days (both adults and children). In my opinion all Teachers and ancillary staff such as cleaners etc should y vaccinated and probably tested every 14 days to 30days at least for the first few months of opening schools again.. people who keep talking about child fatalities being low are kinda missing the point..the kids can take it home and infect their grandparents etc..also any child needlessly dieing is terrible!
