  1. Used Medishare in the end 30 tabs 330 baht. Ezedoc which is ezetimibe. Thanks again to all the advice given. Very much appreciated
  2. A few Thai millionaires did just that in Australia. Started on student visas mainly.
  3. So if I have 2 X MZ in Australia, registered there. How do I get this on the Thai system? I did have my Pizza booster here, but that can't be listed in Australia unless I return there. I read that getting Swiss certificate was easy for my Registered shots in Aussie, but the booster not.
  4. Where?? Best I can do is 950 locally
  5. Same where I am south of Pattaya. Look after ALL residents in our community, even homeless ones. Something you won't see much back in Australia
  6. I'm going to need a doctor to sort that out. But I know statins are no good for me. The cripple me in fact. I thank you and all other replies. I have managed to reduce it from 1600 down to 750. I'm sure I can get it down more with some research. It just mind blowing that it's 3 times more expensive than in Australia.
  7. Ok, local chemist 990 baht thanks to earlier reply Message online 750 Another online 1000 baht. These are Exemitribe or variants. Which cost 500 baht in Australia.. That's the catch, how does profit gouging Australia beat them all. Very thankful for all of the help from fellow members.
  8. So my understanding of this is that Perm Residents do not require health insurance?? Is that right? I have Defence Vet cover for ongoing disabilities, but they are specific in nature. I'd fly back to Australia for anything major as it's free. So I'm not really interested in insurance anyway.
  9. Tried it on me a few times, I just don't carry cash, they have taken my car keys or passport and have me forceably restrained. I just wait them out. Not having to leave or work confused them. Normally let me go within a few hours or at dawn when the shift changes.
  10. Thanks one and all. I'll see what transpires and update.
  11. As it turned out you are correct. No pressure to commit to Thai passport. Suppose they prefer the noose on our necks.
  12. Been talked about before but dated, and price mentioned was 90 Baht. Might have been a typo. I'm after EZETROL otherwise marketed as ZETIA. In Australia it's EZETIMIBE. Tried local Pattaya pharmacies but keep getting runaround, finally found some but 1600 baht now for what I can buy in Australia for 500 Baht. (I get pensioners discount 150 Baht) So someone is ripping me off. Can anyone direct me to an honest pharmacy?
  13. Been living here for over 20 years. Biggest beef if the exit visa I need to travel. Portugal is on my list along with one of those cheap houses in Sicily. I'm going to investigate them this year to see if it's really better than here.
