  1. Great way to risk catching Covid 22 or Rabies
  2. I'm thinking of maybe buying a villa in phuket in a year or two, budget probably around (10-15 million baht). - Id like to buy a new villa preferable in the bang tao area Just wondering from villa owners here , what has been your experience with these types of things.. -Buying the villa through using a thai company -Taxes, expenses, maintenance costs with swimming pool etc, repair costs -General day to day life (Do you regret your purchasing decision, or do you love having the extra space, swimming pool, a place to entertain guests etc). -Mold growth
  3. There is a 20 baht shop just beyond Muang Phuket Chalong School, On the left hand side of the road, Just past the police checkpoint where they stop people coming from the underpass
  4. You should really get a visa though, its really not that hard and keeps immigration happy and it works out about the same price .........what's your problem
  5. You can get an oil massage, 150 baht/hour here in Phuket, really suprising really. they're all really well trained, and facilities clean but a bit cramped. Great value
  6. Hundreds if not thousands of avacado growers in thailand £1.50 for two avacadoes in Tesco UK supermarket.............Large shipping costs, shipping from mexico/california etc Makro..........49 baht each per avacado, 98 baht for 2 = £2
  7. Made this video for a bit of a laugh, since Chalong police are always there to try and ruin our day, everyday
  8. I wouldn't recommend EVA, old 777 planes now, when I flew from US - Thailand - food is well below average, entertainments is also just poor - average, No alcohol on the flight from what I can remember or just beer if there was any atoll
  9. No they didn't , you might have got a say 10 out of 100 people in Bangkok wearing masks, but its rare from looking at Photos. Less polluted areas in Thailand and it will be 1 or 2 people wearing masks while on scooter Now after COVID its about 95-99/100 Thais wearing masks
  10. https://www.agefotostock.com/age/en/details-photo/scooter-riders-waiting-at-a-traffic-light-in-bangkok/T54-1994767 Do you see any on them wearing masks in that photo??? Exactly I Count 0, Look at Pre Covid photos and near zero thais will be wearing masks in traffic....... The Sole reason Thai's are wearing masks now is because of COVID propganda , NOT pollution so don't try and pull that one GO to places like Ko Samui or Phuket where pollution and traffic is a lot "less" vs Bangkok and Thais wearing masks on scooters is still at 95%, SO many people brainwashed on this site, and who actively back non scientific enforced regulations- its scary
  11. It's scientifically proven the chance of transmission of COVID is around 1% or less outside, If you outside on a scooter the chance of transmission would be extremely close to zero like 0.00000001% unless you have a passenger. -Indoors, do Masks make a difference, probably not....... but better safe than sorry
  12. Seriously - I don't understand why they take pride in wearing a mask, especially whilst outside on a scooter with 0% chance of any transmission of COVID?
  13. Dumbest question I've seen posted for a while..........It's common sense isn't it?! .........Thai men have a frame which is usually twice as small as a westerners.......
  14. Ok so let say instead of Makro ......selling sliced chicken breast for a higher price, they allowed Makro workers during Non-peak hours to provide a cutting service for just 5-10B added on as a Tip for the work If a Makro worker works a 10 hour shift and provides this service 5 times per hour or every 15 minutes or do = 50 times x 10 baht = 500 baht extra for the worker per day x 10 days 5k baht extra a month for workers and then rotate staff. Considering most Makro staff are probably on 15k-20k baht, 5k extra baht could make a lot of difference
