Just wondering from villa owners here , what has been your experience with these types of things..

-Buying the villa through using a thai company

-Taxes, expenses, maintenance costs with swimming pool etc, repair costs

-General day to day life (Do you regret your purchasing decision, or  do you love having the extra space, swimming pool, a place to entertain guests etc). 

-Mold growth

There is a 20 baht shop just beyond Muang Phuket Chalong School, On the left hand side of the road, Just past the police checkpoint where they stop people coming from the underpass

You can get an oil massage, 150 baht/hour here in Phuket, really suprising really. they're all really well trained, and facilities clean but a bit cramped. Great value

Salmon price have risen from about 550 baht per kg, to around 950 thb per kg in the space of just 7 months (Phuket Makro) 

Kind of ridiculous don't you think..........that means it now costs around £100 (5000 baht) for just 1 salmon fish

Once prices rise, there's very little chance they will come down again.

Salaries haven't increase in thailand or anywhere else in the World in the last 20 years

Cost of living getting ridiculous 

I really , really don't think they will continue COVID extensions now after March 25th for the mentions reasoned below

1) Many countries have now completely got rid of their covid restriction or nearly all of them e.g United Kingdom

2) Land border between Thailand and Malaysia reopning April 1st

3) The last COVID extension had much stricter rules applied, only tourist visa could apply and they were implicitly this is probably the last chance to get an extension

4) Easier to fly to cambodia and other countries now to get a new visa

5) No PCR test required before coming to Thailand

To be fair its only going to be around £100 more for the 2 extra tests........................Food + Hotel price in Maldives vs Thailand -  will come to Thousands of £££ more. Hardly any entertainment in Maldives also. Also Good luck getting a massage or renting a motorbike in the maldives £5 an hour/£5 a day, going to be more like £100 an hour, and the £100 a day for a motorbike

Very lucky man to still be alive falling from that height and hitting his head, thousands of people fall less than 1 m during fights each year and die because they hit their head on the floor

Bitcoin looks like its going to go lower in the short term, but odds are always good for a super cycle in a few years when it will reach $100k+ just a matter of time IMO, Greed is always there
