  1. It's mostly (around 60-70%) genetic. If controlling food and exercise was for you enough, it means you didn't have serious problems with cholesterol. And I'm not a doctor.
  2. Most of the time, diet + exercise alone won't be enough. You'll need drugs as well. But I'm not a doctor.
  3. In your list of madmen you forgot Biden and Zelensky, Von der Leyen, Trudeau, Sunak.
  4. Well, let's just say that many of them do not really like us.
  5. True. But don't tell it to them, they won't have a clue what you're talking about.
  6. Let's abolish the NATO (actually an arm of the USA) and all the problems will be over. Oh wait, talking about health of the masses, I'd abolish the WHO as well. Cheers
  7. I've got You Social Media, and Joe Biden is the best.
  8. Yes, it can be converted in-country (for a fee), it doesn't matter single or multi tourist visa. But some Immigration Offices don't do it. So, it depends on the location. Sometimes to school itself can help you.
  9. Of all the places I've ridden, I find Phuket to be the most dangerous.
  10. Are you saying you're working at an University with an ED visa and a work permit? The visa for working is NON B. ED visa is when you're studying something, not working.
  11. Very sad, RIP. To be honest, by the way they ride, I'd expect many more accidents on average.
  12. Usually you get this kind of extra verification when trying to log in with different IP and/or device. Or, maybe, it could be some extra temporarily scrutiny by those websites that are experiencing abnormal traffic.
  13. You can extend your visa exempt entry at the local immigration office and get 30 days for 1900 baht. Border run will give you 30 days as well. You don't need to fly out.
  14. The problem could be getting the job done by an agent, say in Pattaya, if you are actually living in a different city, say Chiang Rai. You have a stamp from Pattaya Immigration Office in your passport but you're not living there. Am I wrong? How would you deal with it? Let's say the agent in Pattaya makes your 90 day reports with a fake address, you'd then be a Pattaya resident. But you're also registered in Chiang Rai, the place you're actually living in. What if one day you need a residence certificate? These are the reasons why I'd advise against getting the job done by an agent at an Immigration Office that is not in the city you're living in. Correct me if am wrong. Cheers
  15. The time of living in Thailand continously for longer period on back to back visa/border run is over (may come back one day, who knows). Better to stay few months outside the country before trying to come back, anyway you should think of a different visa solution.
  16. EVs aren't eco-friendly at all. Hybrids are a much better choice if you really like to go on electricity.
  17. OP, if you have problems with getting a visa, why don't you spend few months outside of Thailand, for example Vietnam is beautiful as well...
  18. Do you mean initial NON O visa 3 months plus extension 12 months?
  19. How come english native speakers do not know how to properly use it's/its and there/their?
