Up to 200 Filipino teachers who are fluent in English are needed in Thailand, according to a report by GMA News' "Unang Balita" on Wednesday.
According to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), the transaction for hiring English teachers is government to government, so applicants do not have to go through the agency and there is no placement fee.
