Racism from a rascist nation, was the same in the UK 50 years ago, then in the late 90s chicken tikka masala overtook fish and chips as the national favourite dish.

Quintessentially British fish and chips was apparently imported a few hundred years earlier by Jewish immigrants.

I like cashew nuts, but they are expensive, like over 100 Baht for 100 gram, so the other day i bought at Makro 800 gram of raw cashew nuts for 165 Baht. Threw them in the air fryer for 6 minutes, added some salt, and they taste the same as what would have probably cost me 1000 Baht if bought ready made.

This is a great tip, if roasted cashews are really that much more expensive...

I've been on that since 2005, no change, and if you remember, I was questioning if the dosage should change or become more frequent.

T enanthate has a half life of about a week; after 3 weeks your original level will be about 1/4 of the peak level after injection. Injecting a less, more often will give you much smoother hormone (test, free test, estrogen, LH & FSH at least) levels.

But perhaps try to keep the average daily dose the same (at least initially). That'll help you eliminate injection frequency (as opposed to dose) as the problem.

DD, daily dose = dose per injection / interval between doses.

So for 250mg/3 weeks, DD = ~12mg. Targeting that 12mg/day, you could do 170mg/2 weeks, 120mg/10 days or 85mg/week. I think the arithmetic for 120mg/10 days or 85mg/week  is easier (about 1/2 & 1/3 a 250mg vial respectively).

    (But please check my arithmetic!)

I wish i liked cardio a bit more. I really hate the mind killing part of it

You could try circuits of exercises with small kettlebells/dumbells/bodyweight. They're less boring because you're changing movement every 40s or so. Also if you're using one weight, some exercises are bound to be harder than others, so the last few s can be tough.

I've enjoyed some of the Tacfit programs (even though I don't follow them properly).

  5. Exercise circuits with small kettlebells or dumbells are also surprisingly effective. They're kind of in between cardio and resistance training (& can have a mobility aspect). At moderate intensity, I think they may burn fat about as well as normal cardio. and spare muscle better (& possibly build a bit).

For muscular endurance, chins/pullups + pressups + bodyweight squats covers most muscle groups. I just spent a few weeks working on chins, next week they're going on back burner & I'll try to build up to 10x10 pressups (spread over the day).

There's the one hand/leg versions O_o ... for next year.
