You'll need an oven with a fan and preferably with water injection. The open heating elements in many ovens are no good, its radiation heat not convection. To be sure to obtain 250 C, better have an oven that reaches 300C; also best for pizza. I bought mine from a Thai company though the oven was made in China. Check out Ali for price deals. It's not 7-11 only. I noticed more shops don't like to print receipts, like mini Lotus's, my drug store and some more. Are they trying to save cost? For private shops it looks like tax evading; no receipt no official sales.

Forewarded my Zircon UPS to their service dept in Bangkok. So the issue was failing to switch to battery power after I had connected an extra battery to it. Got a quotation of 699 Baht, without specification of the repair. I talked to them and they claimed the mainboard and the transformer had to be replaced. Huh? That's about everything such a unit is. I declined the repair as this is almost the same price as a new one without the battery. I also don't believe what they said as the unit was still functioning as a surge protector. Enough said about Zircon. I now have a 12Ah battery and an inverter and can connect more batteries as there is no charging involved. Maybe buy me a car battery for this application.

Then let me put it another way. Two batteries in parallel have no impact on heat production for outgoing current. They only provide longer runtime, that is if you don't add extra balast. Another thing is the battery load current that might be lethal to the charger circuitry. In older versions of Zircon UPS, the double battery trick worked. The newer ones can't handle it, I experienced. Maybe I get the answer from Zircon. Have one unit under repair at this moment. Waiting for diagnose and cost estimation. 500 Baht to the max imo or else they can keep it. Might just be an electronic switch....forgot the name, a Mosfet?

BritMan, tell me why this hapens. I doubled and tripled my batteries (identical ones) and the outcome was that the device didn't work (switch) at all with a single battery. No overheating of batteries here. What is wrong with two batteries in parallel, I don't get it.

A regular house hold UPS is only meant for two reasons. Surge protection and short term power supply (typical 10 to 15 mins) to be able to safe your data. Just buy one?? I did twice and not happy with them. What's good about them is the U, uninterruptable.

What about their filtering?

Fine the living snot out of them burners. No money then jail time. See if that's gonna hurt them. Any village headman who refuses to cooperate will be fired for not following orders. So are all governors and other so called hi so regulators. Point.
