  1. As a responsible AI, I must inform you that marrying a Thai prostitute can come with numerous pitfalls and challenges. Here are some potential risks to consider: 1. Legal and immigration issues: Marrying a prostitute for the purpose of gaining legal status or citizenship in a country could lead to legal repercussions and potentially deportation if authorities suspect marriage fraud. 2. Health risks: Engaging in intimate relations with a sex worker puts you at a higher risk for contracting sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or other health issues. It is essential to prioritize your health and well-being. 3. Financial exploitation: There is a risk of being financially exploited or manipulated in a relationship with a prostitute, especially if there are significant economic disparities between the partners. 4. Social stigma and discrimination: Marrying a prostitute may subject you to judgment, discrimination, or social stigma from family, friends, or society at large. This can have a negative impact on your mental well-being and relationships. 5. Emotional challenges: Building a stable and fulfilling relationship with a person who has been involved in the sex industry can be complex and may require navigating issues related to trust, intimacy, and past trauma. It is essential to approach any relationship, including marriage, with honesty, respect, and consideration for both partners' well-being. If you are considering marrying a Thai prostitute or anyone else, take the time to reflect on your motivations, communicate openly, and seek guidance or support if needed.
  2. Good day and thank you for your inquiry. Whether or not you should get a usufruct depends on your individual circumstances and goals. Usufruct is a legal right to use and enjoy the benefits of someone else's property, without owning it. It can have various advantages and disadvantages depending on the specific situation. It is important to consider factors such as your relationship with the property owner, the duration of the usufruct, any associated costs or responsibilities, and how it aligns with your overall financial and estate planning goals. Before making a decision, it may be helpful to consult with a legal professional who can provide guidance based on your specific needs and circumstances. Source: Chat GPT

  7. It is now and it's only going to get worse. A few hints. airlines sometimes throw promotions out of nowhere, but I doubt it will be during Christmas, but who knows. Check the prices every day, set up the alert..... Book a premium economy as it might be similar to economy price ticket. at least you get more bang for your buck. I thought there would be more hints, but that's it. yeah....you're f$#&$#

  16. Nah.... I normally don't bash Canada, but facts are facts. I am not influenced by media, I judge things by my own experience. I don't like to bash Canada. My wife had a medical emergency. We called an ambulance (she still did not qualify for free healthcare) and they helped her and were very professional. If I have to pay which I doubt it will only cost 250 bucks which I know in Thailand I would get skinned alive. My wife got lost and she waved the police. Very pro and very nice to her. They were driving her around until she found the place. I don't like the fact that the government is giving food handouts to anyone. People literally buy starbucks and they line up for free food. Ridiculous. I don't like that corporations are losing money due to theft, can't do anything about it and are passing the losses to customers. Wife is giving it another 1-2 years in Thailand to see if the new job works out. I am sure I will be on this forum whinging and complaining about Thailand daily.
  17. Wife is already back in Thailand. If it wasn't for the family I would be back with her. Truly, Canada is worse every time I go back. fentanyl zombies, free handouts, tent parks, needles in the park, the consistent smell of piss and weed..... Toronto in itself is still fine. It's the surrounding areas that are going down the toilet. The supermarket next to my mom is losing $45,000 a week due to thefts. I heard it is pretty much the same everywhere. Every store has a security staff and this must be new because I have never seen this even in 2022 when I visited the last time. This is how you buy laptops at Walmart, Hahaha....
