    Nothing. They let people in on interlol wanted list and you think they will be able to tax you? The easiest thing would be able to tax all the Chinese, Taiwanese, HK landlords renting out their real estate, but they can not even do that.

    Wife changes a lot of small cars because she drives a lot due to nature of her work. She had Ford focus and liked the handling a lot. She would often tell be how much she felt safer driving it than Yaris and Jazz (she bought 3 new cars in last 7 years). Unfortunately all the bad rap Ford gets is true. Issues with electronics and the engine. Her father owned Ranger and they would not even honor the warranty.

    Sure. I declared myself a non resident. It is not that difficult. I own a property in Toronto that I rent out and CRA takes 25% of my profit as a non resident. I would rather be a resident for tax purposes considering all the breaks and money I would get from Trudeau, but my accountant advised me after 2 years living in Thailand to start filing as non resident. CBSA tracks your ins and outs of the country and does report to CRA.

    Are Canadians enjoying the tank? Man, I feel so stupid transferring almost all our savings to Canadian toilet currency.

    It seems like almost overnight I can not use Grab vouchers for most restaurants anymore. This includes the free delivery vouchers from my grab unlimited subscription. I can not even use point discounts for most restaurants. Anyone noticed this?
