this is an educated guess by an expert on this matter. anyone else have 35 years working in this field ? the video clearly shows that the bike in question was going much faster than the other people in the video. speed of bike can be calculated.... had the rider not been speeding and breaking the law the accident in all likely hood would never of happened. as i said in my original comment the blame should be shared. both idiots are at fault.

speed is the main cause of this accident. had the bike been going slower he probably would of had enough time to react properly to the other bad driver. both drivers made stupid choices here.

it happens often here. in bkk a few years back it started to rain really hard a few hundred meters from my destination. as i was getting to a turn i tried to start turning before i was slow enough to. was only going about 10 or 15. due to heavy rain and too fast into the turn the bike went down and me with it. ended up about a half foot from a black benz. the driver put the power window down looked out at his car to make sure i didn't hit him. he then put the window up without saying a single word to me and drove off.

i love these 2 scenarios as well. 1 - good morning passengers we will start boarding flight f2....they can't even finish announcing it and the majority of people stand up and line up. 2 - plane lands the wheels stop and instantly most stand up grab their bag and literally try to get up the rows to get out. ahhh the door isn't even connected yet never mind open.
