i would think that a gun in a car is a serious concern for child services regardless of said guns legality ? maybe it is possible the police saw this as a huge concern as well. and as another poster pointed out there could be a lot more to this story that we are not privy too. for example. weed may be legal but can child services take kids from a home they see is unfit for children. like in the case of alcohol etc ? sure they can like they have done for a long time. white or black. carrying a gun and drugs in a car with 5 children is hardly good parenting choices. but as you know opinions are like a holes right.

did anyone kneel in protest of SA and their human rights violations etc ? or for that matter .....did anyone boycott and condemn ?

from the sounds of it the tint and driving are why they were pulled over. the weed and the gun however are the reason for the problem with the children ? what are your thoughts on the parents carrying weed and a gun with their 5 children ?
