Ask and you shall receive. Do you honestly believe this to be a false claim? If so you are an idiot. https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/15389580500338652?journalCode=gcpi20 You are obviously an expat that learned to ride a motorcycle here Thai style. No competent motorcyclists licensed in a developed country would repeat your rubbish. If you are going to be hit by a truck would you rather be in a quality helmet, gloves and kevlar clothing or in sandals and a ratty face mask, no helmet? 90% of what you have spouted here has been debunked by others. This includes your false claims that the majority of Thais wear helmets. Anyone with eyes in their head knows this to be BS. Someone kick this guy out of the forum. It would be worth it for the lightened load on admin alone.

Strawman You’re the one bringing money into it pal. I never mentioned cheap or price. You did in an effort to make your strawman argument. I mentioned quality helmet. You are unable to form an argument as your position is indefensible. Hence why you are getting served by everyone in this thread. I note that choose not to quote my post on a helmet less rider being 2-3 times as likely to die in a crash as someone wearing a helmet which is based on facts. You need a hobby

Nice straw man fella. Do you think a 10 year old upturned ice cream container on the noggin is going to protect Somchai's skull contents? Quite frankly you sound like someone who doesn't know anything about motorcycles or protective clothing. Why you have to argue in the face of complete reason is baffling.

Exactly and goes for all nationalities. I don't wont to end up in court because someone has managed to kill themselves in an accident that they caused. Quite frankly the Thais are grossly incompetent and negligent when it comes to riding a motorcycle. Quality helmets should be mandatory and heavy fines should apply. Babies and infants on motorcycles are another display of gross negligence.

Since when is subletting property legal for people on tourist visas? Renting out motorbikes or cars same same and what is it to me you say? I don’t appreciate neighbours owning 6 or 7 cars or motorbikes when they have parking for one car. It is an absolute hindrance in a small development with little parking. A parade of transient residents taking over the common facilities is also a pain. Send them back to their frozen wasteland.

Thai women do dress conservatively. The women you are referring to are either other Asian tourists or bar girl trash.

You sound like a barrel of laughs. The average companion dog is probably cleaner than you. -

No. I am a competent and licensed motorcyclists, unlike Svetlana who probably hasn't even sat on a bike before she came to Thailand. Combine lack of experience with poor visibility and alcohol (most likely) and you end up in a ditch like a complete incompetent. At least no one else was injured I guess.

If I wanted to live in a hotel I would. I have a year long lease and expect that everyone else does too or owns their place. It is a residential area. Not a hotel, not a car rental place, not an Airbnb. Besides, very likely subletting IS against the law in Thailand because you are meant to be filling out TM 30 for each tenant. My experience with Airbnb tells me that this does not usually happen which can cause all sorts of issues with VISA's if immigration decides to check.

Transient neighbours are far from ideal from a security perspective. No room for argument on that. Running a rental car business out of a townhouse development is certainly an issue when parking is tight already. If your neighbour had 1 parking space but 5 cars it would cause no end of drama I am sure.

Ahh, good old China helping the Ruskies. Sanction both countries into collapse I say!

CBD Banned in Hong Kong with Prison Sentence and Fine
Dogsredrocket replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I agree. CBD is proven to Offset Anxiety and Depression. ... Treat Select Epilepsy Syndromes. ... Reduce PTSD Symptoms. ... Treat Opioid Addiction. ... Alleviate ALS Symptoms. ... Relieve Unmanageable Pain. ... Ease Diabetic Complications. ... Protect Against Neurological Disease All with no cognitive impairment. Ban it! Far too dangerous...........for big Pharma. This is why Thailand reserved a nice little pocket for big Pharma in extracts. eyJidWNrZXQiOiJmaWxlcy5tZXJyeWphbmUuY29tIiwia2V5IjoidXBsb2Fkcy9nZW5lcmljLzE1NjcxMTUwOTAzODVfZGV2aWxzLWhhcnZlc3QtbWFyaWp1YW5hLXNtb2tlLWhlbGwtbWVycnktamFuZS5qcGciLCJlZGl0cyI6eyJyZXNpemUiOnsid2lkdGgiOjQwMCwiZml0IjoiY292ZXIiLCJmb3JtYXQiOiJqcGcifX19.webp -
Sounds good to me.

I haven't seen many yet. Almost non existent compared to Russians in Phuket. I believe there are more independent travellers these days opposed to massive group tours. I think when they are by themselves or in much smaller groups they are less inclined to act up.
