My "Agent" was a front for a well-known agency. The old woman who met US at Bangkok Bank brought my passport. I was sitting outside. She didn't know me. She put MY passport on the chairs outside where I was sitting, then turned her back and ate her lunch. She walked inside leaving my passport on the chair. Scum. Her custody of my passport was never consistent. I told MY agent this and told her to tell the old lady to be more careful. She was a careless piece of <deleted>.

When an agent does it, they ask for much less documentation than if you went to immigration yourself.

If anyone did that in the USA in a real Italian Pizzeria they might get thrown out. The reason I think they do this, is because the pizza shops always shortchange you on the sauce. If you ask for me pizza sauce than the miserable normal volume, they offer you ketchup. I demand extra sauce. Always.

I used an agent last year. I witnessed a complete disregard for my passport multiple times by these people. I will never do it again.
