rainy season swamped all the crops even the rice. too much rain at the end with those big storms. our squirrel tails looked great until the heavy rains. indoor or greenhouse is the only way in Thailand. we'll have to keep hunting for deals.

depends if that place is 40C and dry when you are born and flooding daily when you are flowering. this place has harsh conditions.

i don't know if you got the same thing. is it covered in red hairs? if you pull some leaves, they are pretty thin, which means sativa or hybrid. i had a couple oz of cheese last year in the states and cheese smells funky. i can't remember which one i had, but the room stank whenever i opened the jar lol i broke up 100g of the red thread and put it in a jar a few days ago. i just opened it and it still has that strong lemon pledge smell. the buds expanded a bit and i tried to get a closeup of a couple of full ones. still looks and smells like Fire OG to me? after a few days of "testing", i'm not amazed, but its good for rolling sticks and watching the bamboo grow. the price was great, around $70usd for 300g delivered.

i only know of the Samui scam - where they try to convince you to pay more for something that is much cheaper on the mainland. ????

it will be a decade before weed growers are brave enough to cause trouble. then this forum would have to figure out who you are and locate you. that's a lot of work no one here in Thailand is going to do for weed. post what you find out. its not going to affect their sales. they'll still sell it to tourist shops. #

Red Thread review - just got 300g and its decent. not blown away, but it has medicinal effects. no skyrocket spaciness, just a mellow cloud. it will probably be nice before bed. tested in bong and bowl. my guess is that its Fire OG from the look and smell. it hits like a hybrid too. now i am starting to think the red thread name is from the red hairs not the packaging. it got here in 1 day. no message or shipping notice from the seller. ordered COD and it showed up today, all the way in Isaan.

how can you be sued when they made up the numbers in the first place? they got their numbers from Leafly. i doubt they tested any of the product. besides it would change often since they are growing outdoors. that last pic looks like lawn clippings lol. which strain is that?

sad news about the green crack. i got two good shipments with lots of seeds. i guess we'll keep growing it ourselves. the first batch we got was an auto flower. went into flowering at around 6 weeks on 18h light. the 2nd batch looked and tasted a bit better. two seeds germinated so far, one is 3 weeks old and the other is one week old. interesting that most of the strains are bunk. bad growing and processing? or not the strains they claim? seems like its bruce banner or nothing from the farm now. at 350/g i'll pass, unless they sell the seeds? i saw a fb post of them selling seeds for 30/each. not sure which strain.

i blend almost every bong hit and spliff. every strain hits different. mixing them takes the taste and effect to a different level. squirrel tail and gorilla glue is a great combo/ride. the only liquor i mix with anything is vodka (usually red bull or OJ). #

the farm GC is different now? i didn't order any this month (yet). i might have to suck it up and get some of the Bruce Banner.

fancy marketing and packaging is what causes the crazy pricing in the dispensaries. the farm was a CBD wholesaler before June. did you see their pics on the FB page before it closed? massive farm harvesting by the rai. i'm amazed they sell less than a kg. its not the best quality but it does the job. i personally stay above that first red line. i'm not picky. i've been smoking brick in Thailand for years. this is a step in the right direction. i'm curious about the Krawie. looks like squirrel tail or WA1. Leafly says its a wild Thai strain.

yea its interesting that the natural harvest time growing outdoors in Thailand is at the end or shortly after rainy season. ours are really close. cloudy pistils and heavy buds. i'll cut them in 2 weeks i think. this season's crop will produce strong offspring if you have any seeds. this is the first real outdoor season since the 70s? considering a male plant can pollenate up to 5km, and no one in Isaan knows the difference between male and female, all the outdoor plants should be fairly seedy lol we've got at least 1kg of outdoor squirrel coming soon, plus indoor green crack entering flowering, but i still want to try that red thread ???? #

ya maybe a simple dry herb vape will be better. the broken one on my desk has temp control. the smoke shops must have them by now? #

following up about Lampang farm.. i've ordered more GC from Lampang and it gets better and better. the latest batch seems dried slower and a little fluffier after its out of the vacuum bag. i've also planted the Lampang GC seeds, since we got a lot. there's about 1 seed per gram in their product. it took 10 seeds to get one strong enough to survive, but the one tester plant just entered flowering at 6 weeks old. i've had it under 18h a day lights for 2 weeks. it was outside for the first few weeks after germination (which probably slowed it down). so i am thinking the Lampang GC might be autoflower? its also full of seeds. if you are looking for a cheap source of seeds, get a couple hundred grams of the GC. we're ordering every month to stock up, but we'll be self-sufficient next year. #

yea we got their CW and got nothing after a full joint. when i bought it, their website said it was 26% thc, but after it arrived, the site was updated to the current 1%. we contacted them and they told my wife that they ran out of the 26% thc. i called bs and messaged them myself. they do speak English (bonus). they blamed it on their webmaster and sent a replacement the next day. i still have the cherry white and try it every week. it didn't get better lol. they replaced it with their guerilla glue, which is only slightly better. the site says its 27% thc but there's no way its over 10% thc. i just filled my one hitter for days i'm out of the house. i have tried their ST1 and WA1. both are effective, although mellow. thai strains will be everywhere by early next month. our trees in the backyard are huge and about 3 weeks away from harvest. i have also tried Destroyer from GL. i like that one, although also more mellow than it should be. generally speaking, i think the GL growers rushed to market. they will be better in the next couple seasons. #
