Im talking about fake photo, not about statistical data. Yeah, economy collapsing, lets admit at, starvation coming soon. But why should post photo taken 30-40 years ago? -

This photo taken at 1980-s or 1990-s near the collapse of the Soviet Union. Nothing like this to be seen in Russia in modern days. The fact that Jason Jay Smart has used this fake photo makes him not journalist, but propagandist. -
Thai Travel Agency Alleges Police Extortion of Chinese Tourists - video
VBer replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
My theory: Police catches them doing some criminal activity, both parts had a deal to get charges dropped for 700k. But instead of paying Chinese decided to fly out from country, got stopped on motorway and had pay on spot because there is no trust on them anymore. Now they trying this way to get their money back, as the police could not claim that these money had to be paid as a bribe. -

And all those people on videos having normal life are just actors? Okay, let’s believe on that. By the way, the picture from your link is dated by February 2023. Less than a year after capturing the town, of course everything couldn’t be restored so fast. I believe Ukrainian propagandist have used picture from 2023 because they could not find anything like this in 2024 -

If goal of Putin is to completely destroy Ukraine, he would used weapons designed to do so. Kyiv can be erased in one day, and as Putting destroyed everyone in government who is not loyal to him - no one could say anything against it. You can not destroy city by hypersonic precise missiles which being used yesterday. There is a proof that the goal of Putin is not to make a genocide. Town of Mariupol, several months of siege in 2022, 90% of high-rise buildings being damaged or destroyed. Under the full control of Russia since may 2022 This is how it looks today (the latest development, according to the topic) Youtube No so much genocide going on, and its different from the picture you posted, right? -

And what the purpose of the fear? This could bring more hate and more volunteers to Ukrainian army and will help them with the main problem - the lack of motivated soldiers. Army works with their goals and targets, with recourses that they have. Yesterday it was dozen of missiles and explosions, but we not see much reports about the consequences. It means that mostly the industrial or army-related targets been hit. I have no doubt that army do not care about civil casualties during achieving target, but I doubt that they decided to spend multimillion missile only with the purpose of “fear”. -

I’m pretty sure that it was Russian missile. Just posting more credible evidence will make proof more solid either. However I’m sure that the children’s hospital was not the real target. Why would army do that, with what purpose? IMO, it was aiming error, wrong intel, hardware failure - something from this. Anyway, such terrible event shouldn’t be happening in our world. -

Putin just hates Ukrainian children, that’s why he is ready to spend multimillion hypersonic missile to kill children in center of Kyiev. No any doubts about that, yeah. -

Thailand’s Premier Eyes Pattaya for Upcoming Formula One Race
VBer replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Beach road and Second road are the perfect circle. Ladyboys at beach will be waiving flags, randomly appearing songteos will make race more exciting, ganja shops will be promoting Pattaya over the world. But I afraid that this is not achievable, because there is no power in the world capable to remove motorbike rentals from this route. -
Engaging with Russians during wartime in Thailand?
VBer replied to Jingthing's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
You avoided to answer to my question for the second time. Instead of giving the numbers from your opinion, gave only slogans which beed heard thousands times before. That means you know the answer. People of Crimea want to be with Russia, the past referendum showed the correct result, not depending you call it fascist or not. -

Yeah. So, about my question which you have not answered yet. if such referendum would happen under legal Ukrainian supervision, what your thoughts, which side people of Crime will choose? -

if make a 100% transparent referendum now, which side people of Crimea will choose, what is your opinion? Something tells me that over 90% will choose to stay with Russia rather then go back to Ukraine. What is your prediction? -
Why should go so deep in in history? This is Ukraine in modern days. Shop sells military equipment. -4523338454149735031.mp4

In my opinion, the level of drones (on both sides) have developed to the level where the real troops cannot just appear in sight, making advancing not possible. So I voted for the stalemate.

Thailand Refuses To Sign Document Of The Swiss 'Peace' Summit
VBer replied to Brewster67's topic in The War in Ukraine
I think that you should start from begging, no? In begging of 2014 armed people at Kyiv overthrow the elected president (elected by whole Ukraine), and put in power some guy Turchinov, who didn't have any right to have presidential power. People at Crimea voted for president (and he won by majority of voters), but some armed protestors fueled by Victroria Nuland have decided that Crimea should be ruled by some unknown guy. -
Well, your words have changed my mind. Doing this might be a better idea than keep the Crimea by any cost. More lives saving for sure. But no way Putin will go for that. His decisions already lead to deaths of thousands of humans and now there is no way back in his head than ever. Also will be hard to explain to Crimean people why they have to move from the place where they born, where the graves of their parents and so. This will be painful, but look like least harmless way.
-
Yes, that was very wrong to do. Many families broken, some people had to leave their places. That was very wrong idea of Putin. Making it to happen again will just repeat his actions, with much more worse consequences. Or as the crime was made once, it its legal to repeat it again? As I told earlier, then have nothing to say about topic, attack your opponent personally.
-
The difference between us is that you are talking about land while I'm talking about people. As for the land, there is no technical problem to give it back to Ukraine. As for people, this just impossible. How about asking Crimean people, are they want to be part of Ukraine again? The result will be devastating. Or you willing to do so anyway and not care at all how many lives will be broken?
-
This is just impossible. The key reason is Crimea, which is deeply integrated to Russia now. For over than 10 years people in Crimea are living under same laws, same currency, same language and so on. Children are born, diplomas received, pensions earned, healthcare policies implemented. There is no acceptable way to cut it out, either for Putin, either for Russian people.

Maybe pilot decides that the problem will be escalating over time. For example, loosing some pressure or leak of some liquid. So he decided to land asap, while the problem is still manageable.

I have read some research, according to it everything depends of number of warheads to being used. The predicted value is 10-15%. This petty low number is predicted because of various reasons: not all nuclear countries are in conflict, some warheads are destroyed because them are the primary target, not all warheads will work, not all waheads are moved from “cold storage”, some warheads will be shot down. if assume that the 10-15% will be correct, the prognosis is this: - northern hemisphere: complete death because of temperatures are -50 for 2 winters -Thailand altitude: two winters with temperatures around -15 to -5 (depending on 15% or 10% of warheads usage). Theoretically survivable.
