So, I just came back from my holiday in Thailand, and I can't believe how noisy Thais are, I did know all about the noice surrounding the towns and parties but when the talk it is amazing. I travelled 500 KM on a minivan (or bus) 9 people inside and everybody talking to somebody half of them on the phone including the driver since I am hard hearing (industrial daffiness) I actually had to take out my hearing aids out because it was too loud. So why do they talk that loud?

Nonsense, I have friends in Pattaya they are all lovely people most of them work at the Hilton and one got her own hair saloon.

Just like me I am never hungry at all I eat some fruit in the morning when I take my medication no lunch at all just a small meal at night (sometimes) but not losing weight at all I guess my enemy is the few reds at night when I watch TV. I can easily go without food for a few days.
