So, I just came back from my holiday in Thailand, and I can't believe how noisy Thais are, I did know all about the noice surrounding the towns and parties but when the talk it is amazing. I travelled 500 KM on a minivan (or bus) 9 people inside and everybody talking to somebody half of them on the phone including the driver since I am hard hearing (industrial daffiness) I actually had to take out my hearing aids out because it was too loud. So why do they talk that loud?

So guys, most of you are American or British but I am not as you know I am from OZ but just a question to you guys, if you relay on a pension from your country, can you apply for a loan from your pension provider (in my case Centrelink) I can apply for a loan and pay no interest at all just get my pension reduced to a certain level, My monthly payments get reduced to the amount and time I applied for the money< So I all like to know is can you do this in your country or even in Thailand
