Every oil got it's special flavor. It's a personal decision. And I don't think anybody would drink these cooking oil. So the health aspect is to be neglected if you use 1 or two spoon full. And if you think of this beloved full (British/Irish) breakfast........not healthy at all.🤢

To be honest most times I use the iron cast pans. And sure, either olive or sesame oil. And if I use the air fryer (veggies), for better taste (fat is the flavor carrier) tiny drops of oils if it comes to pork or chicken. Without any fat it's getting a bit boring tasteless (though I use spices and herbs (herbes de provence).🤗
