    That is indeed a sad story. When I went for my cataract operation I checked the CV of the doctor and records about the success and numbers of operations. This these victims did not do but checking the price only. However, mistakes and failures could happen. I feel very sorry that the victims will have life time scars. A court should judge about this case.
