  2. @britman , i agree about mold being everywhere , that is not the terrible advice , that is just life. molds will only grow under certain conditions . suggesting to smoke moldy weed is the terrible advice

  6. i have not smoked brick weed in over 25 years . i wouldn't smoke it now if you gave it to me for free and 25 years ago i would only smoke when there was a drought on in the UK there is a lot of bud i can say the same about that i have seen in shops. small tiny <deleted> that they are trying to sell for 500+ a gram . i wouldn't smoke it if it was free your popcorn looks great .
  7. the grading "system terminology" shows exactly that most people have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to cannabis . anything that has mold should not be smoked . mold can be very dangerous for the lungs and human health. so whoever came up for the wording for grade "B" and worse , needs educating "spots of mold here and there" ????

  10. i don't think people want deals that other people post , but they want to find their own deals . i posted that i buy top grade bud at 160 a gram , as good if not better than anything i have seen in shops ( page 63 ) , but no one asked for contact details or where to buy it .

OK, even at 20% (1/5) you're still looking at a ~ 31.5 mg ;; @bamnutsak no wonder i was off my face lol. it's a lesson learned . i will go by your graph next time and aim for 5mg and see how it goes . So at 160, assuming it's been cured, it is perhaps the "best" price/performance I've seen as posted here anyway. i thought so too . i may have to stock up before he runs out . he did offer me 100grams at 140baht a gram . i just don't have the money yet
  13. these are the last 2 bits i bought . 2 different strains . i forget the name of the top one , but the bottom one is gelato-k excellent for 160 a gram . better than anything i have seen in shops
  14. Maybe save some of your butter for another day? Or does it somehow lose potentcy or otherwsie degrade if you store it? i have the rest stored in a zip lock bag . i will use it again but at a far smaller dose
  15. @bamnutsak yeah i did read that i should calculate a dose but i now know i way over did it . i decarbed 1 gram but ate about 1/5 of it , which was still too much yeah the weed is very nice . 160bt a gram but i think 10 grams as a minimum order . i've had about 50 grams off them so far and have sold it on for 250 lol he said they will do COD soon so when they do i'll pass his details to you and anyone else if you like
  16. firstly i crushed the weed into small pieces pre heated the oven to 110c put the weed on a non stick casserole dish ( lid off ) and baked it in the middle for about 35 minutes . after 20 minutes of baking i mixed the weed around for an even cook ( do it quickly to keep the heat in the oven and in the weed ) once it was baked i melted butter in a pan , sprinkled the weed in and then spread it on toast and ate it . i think the fat from the butter helps the body absorb the weed better i went to bed at 12 and i didn't feel back to normal until 3:30 the next day lol it was too strong for me tbh . but it is very good weed
  17. i decarbonated about 1 gram of the weed i bought on page 63 . i then melted butter in a pan, sprinkled about a fifth or so of a teaspoon into the butter and then spread it on toast . i ate it about 2 hours before bed and had an amazing sleep i woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and i had to hold onto the walls to walk to the toilet ???? it's fair to say i was off my head i think even a fifth of a teaspoon was too much . it is strong stuff though but eating it gives a more intense buzz imo
  18. ???? i got lucky on one point then ???? You don't really understand that the "calculation" is a moving target and much of it is not under your control. The calories out you do control, exercise, isn't very helpful or can even work against fat loss--as I noted it may be a moving target , but the point still remains that if you consume fewer calories that you expend each day you will lose weight . i would say the calories in is controllable too , it will never be exact , but it won't be too far off where you need to be .
  19. @BigStar Trivial inconsequential deficit, and you may just get hungrier and eat more, as you've "worked up an appetite." eating more is not being on a diet . you are talking about psychological issues. if in an overall deficit you lose weight . people who know roughly what they need to eat a day/week/month to stay at the same weight do so not because they are eating less, they are just eating what they need , no more no less . walking ,running etc is all factored in . 2500 calories of chicken breast is not the same as 2500 calories from carbs , i agree , as the body has to use more energy to break down the protein ( about 30 % of the protein eaten is lost i think to digestion ) , but once all of that is calculated you can't lose weight in a surplus or at maintenance . the body can not magically create energy from nothing , it has to come from somewhere .
