  1. As I said from the bottom of the OP the link went to https://labour.org.uk/resources/labours-islamophobia-policy/ I then Goggled labour Party Antisemitism Policy and found this: https://labour.org.uk/resources/labours-antisemitism-policy/ 2 different documents.
  2. Not to me it wasn't, https://labour.org.uk/resources/labours-islamophobia-policy/

  4. Yes, I forgot about that, there like fly's here, on the actual burning day, after all the bowing and robs for the Monks give away we get to line up to tap the coffin and a quick head bow, came down the steps and get a new 20baht note in a plastic wrapper, Madam immediately looks at the numbers and they both match, lol. Straight off to the lottery sales woman to buy a 100bahts worth of tickets, she knows full well I won't normally buy any but I've been on the Thai whiskey all day and give in, needless to say we didn't win anything.
  5. The village Matriarch died the other week, she was 96, lovely woman, so she ends up laid out inthe local Temple for 5 days as is the tradition, all the local big wigs are there every night for the prayers from the Monks and the immediate family sleep in the Temple. My Mrs says she's going to sleep over on the last 2 nights, why's that says I, she laughs and says we're having a game of "dummy rummy" and there's money to be won. No sooner are the chairs stacked up then the cards come out, before I go home there's 3 lots of 4 playing cards and a crowd playing the Thai bingo/roulette game, I love Thailand.
  6. As a Brit living in Thailand this load of jokers makes me smile. and to think we have just under 4 years more of this comedy. Leaders of the free world and the most powerful nation on Earth, scary, or what?
  7. She would have heard some proper French if I had been in the pool, bloody cheek, it would have been get the F out of here, I'm staying put, WTF , unbelievable.
  8. I've got a full set of dentures, the plastic type and even with a daily clean the pink gum parts do brown up a bit, not visible except when I take them out to clean or when scaring her families toddlers, the kids love that , lol. I use Polident tablets because they are available from our local Pharmacy.
  9. I'm a Tetley's extra strong builder's tea lover, tried all the others, but nothing else will do for me. got it as a favourite on Lazada, comes up now and again as slightly damage box, around 300baht delivered, 80 in a box.
  10. https://www.nookiesdelights.3baht.net/ Sadly, Paul Phillips AKA Nookiebear, passed away unexpectedly on Monday 30 September 2024. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this most difficult time. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. The food delivery service is now discontinued, but food can still be purchased locally in person, by arrangement at Bon's house in Sakut. Please phone in advance prior to turning up unannounced, to ensure someone will be there to meet you, thus avoiding disappointment, and a wasted journey.
  11. I've been called a lot of things, high and mighty is a first. You guess, I think I'm beginning to see your problem, your incapable of thought, but you've got some gob on you. Who the hell are my lot? Here' a hint, life is what you make it, Utopia is a state of mind, in my mind, you don't matter, your just a noise as in my empty drum analogy.
  12. As a Brit I choose to be on the left-wing of the political spectrum, in reality I'm a Atheist Humanitarian who thinks violence to ones fellow human beings is adherent, the right on the other hand, along with the current leadership of the USA offer no hope for peace in this world because in my opinion it is all me me me, we're right and everyone else is wrong, and the little people or people that you are not fans of do not matter to you. If it's any consolation your previous leaders are not much better, Capitalism making the rich richer and a few crumbs for the less unfortunates, not everyone can make it in this life, so where's the humanity of this World? And ffs don't start me off on religion, that could be the cause of the end of civilisation as we know it, another con trick, for the masses.
  13. I take it you are able to read? if so the explanations are in my post, to be clear: 1, After US Navy Seals killed Osama bin Laden in a raid on a Pakistani compound on 1 May 2011, President Obama said in his address to the nation, “Justice has been done”.1 The word “justice” was repeated by the US Attorney General, Eric Holder, in his statement to the US House of Representatives Judiciary Committee: “Osama bin Laden has been brought to justice”.2 In response to questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee, Holder added that the killing was “entirely lawful”: Now I'm no fan of the US justice system, but if you want to argue a case for Bin-Laden be my guest. 2, Bush, I might have to agree with you as long as Blair is included in any legal case, both of them were guilty of crimes against humanity, IMHO. 3, Thatcher, had a legal right to defend British Territory and remove the invading Argentines.
  14. As I said empty barrels make a lot of noise, whatever your above statement is trying to say, give us a clue.
  15. Ok, because you have been called out on your statement you now try and justify it with a load of poppycock. Obama went after and killed a known perpetrator of the 7 /11 act of terror against the USA. The US government has asserted that by killing Osama bin Laden on 1 May 2011, justice has been done. Its view is that the killing was clearly lawful. Bush along with Blair should have been convicted for crimes against humanity with their invasion of Iraq. The UN Security Council did not authorize the 2003 invasion of Iraq, and the UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan later stated that the invasion was "illegal" and not in conformity with the UN Charter. Thatcher declared war on Argentina because they invaded British dependent territories in the South Atlantic. There was a predictably a level of outrage. As Britain readied its task force the rest of the world reacted to the invasion with shock. The UN issued Resolution 502 calling for an immediate withdrawal of Argentine forces. 10 weeks later and it was done.
  16. I was a Left-wing Socialist all my working life, and never knowingly supported any Criminal or Terrorist, Counter question for you, why do empty barrels make a lot of noise.
  17. I've never claimed anything about Putin, that wasn't my issue with your post, it was you claiming that Obama, Bush, Thatcher and pretty much every leader killed their opponents without offering a shred of evidence.
