Polypectomy
Biopsy taken twice is negative. EMR is recommended, just waiting lists in UK too long. I had two endoscopies because of admin cock up. But two biopsies too so know it is not cancerous.. I will probably use BKK, so a suggestion for there would be best, Though i am in the South at the moment. Sorry for the slow reply. I have the clinical notes, just say the same basically though I should add it is 2.5 to 3 cm and takes up half the fold.

Eye consultant and optician
There has been a suggestion that Viagra causers floaters as blood is diverted from certain parts of the body to others. It sounds like a joke but is not. In time the brain filters them out, floaters. I have loads from RTA, I am forever seeing a rat scuttle across the floor or mosquitos in front of me, but it gets better over time

Yes people who criticise it should not be investing anything. It has its place in the spectrum of investments. And for certain circumstances it works.- Polypectomy
There is a large polyp in my upper duodenum which needs removing. I was told in the UK that it would have to be done with a general and an overnight stay. Can anyone advise where the best place to have it done is? I am happy to pay whatever it costs. I just want the best chance of it going smoothly At the moment, I am near Phuket. Although they have an eminent surgeon, a specialist in endoscopy, reviews of the hospital in general are mixed. I can travel to wherever the best chances of a successful procedure is. Be that Bangkok or Surat Thani, or Pattaya Any advice or suggestions would be most welcome.- Wake Up! - EVs Are Here, and Your Gas Guzzler is on Life Support

2nd time this week no internet. Squiirrels eaten through cable. Any suggestions, conduit underground, amored cable, satellite or mobile data? Apparently they use peanut oil in manufacture of sheathing, plus they just like gnawing- Riddara mini review
I have owned evs for 4 yrs. Its a no brainer getting one at these prices, especially with your own solar power. Smoother, quieter, low maintenance cost, huge warranty.- Riddara mini review
bought one. All good except sport mode is just good for killing yourself.- Riddara mini review
How did you manage to find a dealer. I have been trying for an age to register for a test drive. Any suggestions or tel numbers much appreciated. Thanks- cover
A few questions. Anyone know of a supplier of a domed, cover, motorised or not, not inflatable. In the absecnce of that, what about a standard retractable pool cover. If I have a permanent roof built over the top, how to stop pigeons roosting underneath? Given all the dust and crap in burning season, I want something to keep it clean. If I go with retractable, is it best to have it built in when pool is constructed, or retrofit? How successful is retrofit and how good does it look. Lastly, overflow or not overflow. Pool builder says not needed.- Chickens
Anyone got any Barnevelders, Brahmas or Big Jersey Giants for sale? Can travel anywhere from Hua Hin to BKK and Kanchanaburi. Also silver, gold, lady amhurst pheasants? Silver appleyard ducks or Mandarins- Banana waste
thanks for all the the info- Banana waste
Hi, I want to buy a chipper to handle banana trees and banana waste. Maybe small diameter branches too, but mainly banana trees, of which I have several hundred. Can somebody recommend a chipper that would do the job. I have so far only seen the Karten, which is for up to 4 inches, but not sure if moisture laden banana trees would clog it up. Actually, Joebuzzz, it's 'too' but I guess like Trump, you are an 'extraordinary genius'- Stocked fishing places
I dont actually like catching big fish. I like light tackle and an avon rod, ironically one of John Wilson's but its only capable of fish up to about 15lbs with 6lb line. So I tend to fish away from the specimen places. At £100 plus a day, its lighter on the wallet too. Just want to catch a few pla duc, have them cooked and eat fresh by the water.- fishing parks
So no fishing parks in that whole swathe of countryside, seems amazing, got to be a business opportunity there.- Khaotalo Visa Service
Anyone used the above, Khaotalo Visa Service in Kanchanaburi for LTR visa driving licence and opening bank account? Or can anyone recommend a visa agent for the same, in either Kanchanaburi or Nakhon Pathom. And yes I know I could do it for myself, but I don't want the hassle, I have the money to pay for it so why not? Also it involves three people in total and that would be time consuming, time I dont want to spend with forms. Thanks- fishing parks
Anyone knoew of any stocked places to fish between Surat Thani and Nakhomn Si Thammarat, Once again my friend is coming to visit. They like to fish, have a few beers and relax. I failed miserably to find any place last time. Hope to succeded this year. I understand there used to be one in Khanom, anyone heard of that one? Thanks- Stocked fishing places
I have a friend who is between Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat, for 2 weeks mid feb, he wants to have a couple of days easy fishing in some stocked place with food and drinks. Doesnt mind traveling, and recommendations?- rental
Surat Thani, Nakho Si Thammarat, not a big fan of the beach, so inland is fine. Thanks- rental
Why are there so few rentals on the mainland? Is it that Thais dont advertise, or that people only rent on islands? I have been looking for 6 weeks holiday, from mid feb, but very little joy. Maybe its because I want three bedrooms minimum and everywhere seems to be 1 or 2 bed. But its difficult. - What best to do with money from house sale in Britain
