  1. Probably not. Markets are already up as China has cut interest rates to loosen liquidity to aid the Chinese economy and Bessent and Co are to meet with China's top economics offficial in Switzerland. https://www.spglobal.com/market-intelligence/en/news-insights/articles/2025/5/china-cuts-policy-rate-bank-reserve-requirement-ahead-of-us-trade-talks-88862982 SP has also said that the US' credit rating is likely to be unaffected by the trade war. https://www.reuters.com/world/china/sp-global-sees-credit-rating-breathing-room-trade-war-rivals-us-china-2025-04-29/
  2. When you are taught by people who know more than you, it is better to accept the schooling with humility, accept your ignorance, and not to compound your embarassment by digging your hole even deeper. "At the federal level, a single-party government has occurred only once so far. Between 1957 and 1961, the CDU/CSU held an absolute majority in the Bundestag and was able to govern alone (Third Adenauer cabinet); even then, the minor German Party was included in the government for the first three years of its existence, and the government was not a fully single-faction cabinet until those ministers joined the CDU in July 1960." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_governing_coalition#:~:text=Between 1957 and 1961%2C the,single-faction cabinet until those
  3. Not true. From 20 September 1960 to 1961 the Christian Democrats ruled the FRG by themselves.
  4. One is the Bavarian division. They wear Lederhosen.
  5. Indeed..."My maannneeee build your countreee".....Shylock in Merchant of Venice...
  6. No dude. See the convo above and link provided. I looked at that third party vendor link. They had a whole host of AIS, DTAC plans, that those companies don't put on their website.
  7. "My Mannneeee build your country"..... Well, at least that was not a stereotypically Jewish way of thinking...
  8. What an absolutely disgusting woman. You can tell in the video she's a vile piece of <deleted>
  9. Oh my God really? What a shock! Will they bring the begging bowl?
  10. Turns out not all packages are on the provider's page, some are distributed by third party vendors, the best deals in fact.
  11. What's more important for a social media/Tik Tok addict, speed or GB limit?
  12. Don't see it on their website. https://www.dtac.co.th/en/prepaid/simdtac.html
  13. I had a Thai girl steal from me. Took 20,000 baht right out of my wallet. I had her ID, went to police, but they're completely useless.
  14. And 100 GB limit which is more than enough. Only 178. This is a really good deal.
  15. Mine works perfect, both in CM and BKK. I'm thinking of buying someone a SIM card who lives in Bangkok.
  16. So I guess people voluntarily switch off their internet data, so they don't hit the 40 GB limit. Do I understand this correctly?
  17. You can drink it of course. It' just that 90% of Vietnamese coffee is Robusta. I'm not an Arabica snob, mixing in a little Robusta is always good, but to drink only Robusta is not my thing. Nor is adding condensed milk to cofee, a real nono . There are a few good Vietnamese coffees, but on the whole Indonesia and Thailand have better coffee I think. Food is really good though.
  18. So I was told that in Bangkok mobile phone intenet is more expensive than in Chiang Mai, where I pay 300 Baht for unlimited internet that is always on. Is it true that in Bangkok mobile phone internet is more expensive and that people opt for not unlimited internet but internet that is sometines on and sometimes off? Is that a real thing? How does that work?
  19. For entry into Bangkok. DM me if you want the best safe entry service in Thailand I'll put you in touch.
  20. Vietnamese coffee is cack though. Thai and Indonesian coffee are much better. Vietnamese food is good though. Too many motorcycles and rude people though.
  21. No, it's not pessimist, it's realist. Tourist visa is often useless if you stayed a long time in Thailand prior to its issuance. 7 months is a long time. Safe entry with an agent is the only safe option. Not using a mini-van is stotal nonsense, but up to you.
  22. You can use an agent for safe-entry if you fly. Costs 4500 to 5000.
  23. Definitely not. That's one thing that's never done it for me. That and homosexual love. Those things will always be a mystery to me.
