  1. Any kind of violence, against people, providing a service for foreigners, is wrong. When in a foreign country, we need to remain respectful, at all times. If there is a problem, call the police and resolve it, this way. Hitting or even slapping someone, is completely out of order, especially when abroad.
  2. I am from the UK, and these kind of people make me feel ashamed to be British. Throw this scumbag in jail and make an example of him. This kind of behaviour shows total disrespect for the Thai people. It’s time that the police implemented a zero tolerance approach towards criminal behaviour, carried out by tourists.
  3. Why not remove Juries completely and just rely on the Judge, for a verdict. After all, no one is more qualified at understanding the nuances of the law, than a judge.
  4. OK. Einstein. Explain this. In the UK, for at least, 5 years [2014-2019], prices of flights from the UK to Japan, were between £650 - 850. This price range did not rise, during this period. After the pandemic, air fares rocketed upwards. Flights are now between £1200 - 2000 [econmomy class] Now I realised energy prices spiked at the beginning of the Ukraine war, but Europe has now sourced energy from new suppliers, and energy prices are almost back to what they were at the start of 2022? This seems like it is a way for air lines to hike prices, to compensate for the CV19 period. Airlines have made vast profits for decades. They would have had a large profit buffer, to ride the CV19 period. This is now just a scam. 🤷‍♀️
  5. Every flight, by law, should have at least two trained plain clothed security guards, on board, to resolve situations like this. Passengers like this should be tranquillised and restrained, for the safety other passengers.
  6. Hmmmmm. Let me think. How about booze or drugs? This disgraceful thug should be given a global lifetime flight ban. End of. 😡
  7. His reckless actions could have killed others on the ground. Base jumping from buildings should be banned, unless there is a full ground safety crew, to cordon off the potential landing area. It doesn’t even sound like the building’s owner knew about this jump? Yes. I have massive sympathy for his family, but honestly this was a needless death. 🤷‍♀️
  8. Are you for real? This is one of the most irresponsible things, anyone could possibly do? This man could have killed innocent people, walking around at the bottom of the building. And did he get permission from the building’s owner? It doesn’t sound like it. Anyone who decides to jump off a building, without permission and some kind of safety plan & ground crew, should be arrested, for reckless endangerment, if they make it to the ground, alive. 😡
  9. The article doesn’t say anything about what these two women were wearing. It just says that they were sunning themselves. They may have been wearing shorts & a t-shirt, which seems like normal attire, when the weather is hot.
  10. And you’ve never looked at a woman’s breasts, in a photo? 🤔
  11. Yes, but medical use, only usually involves CBD, and not the ‘high’ inducing THC element of Cannabis. And yet most of the marijuana, sold in Thailand, is packed with THC, for recreational use. So, no there are no medical benefits of THC based pot. 🤷‍♀️
  12. Have you noticed how all the pot head zombies, on this feed, take offence immediately, when someone criticizes the legalisation of Cannabis. We suddenly get called alcoholics, for some reason? I don’t even bl00dy drink booze, but I do know quite a few friends, who are showing signs of deep paranoia, because of smoking very strong weed, for many years.
  13. It looks like Prik Pot haven’t got the memo about cannabis advertising, yet? There is an advert at the bottom of this feed 🤩
  14. I think cookie’s are called biscuits everywhere? But, Jaffa Cakes, now that’s a far more controversial issue…
  15. The best kebab, I ever had, was in Kas, Turkey. Thin slices of spiced lamb meat with crispy skin, covered with loads of lettuce, tomato, red onion and green chilli peppers, in a soft, warm tortilla wrap. But it was the special sauce that made this kebab, so delicious. It was a bit like a cucumber/mint Raita? The kebabs in the UK, just don’t ‘cut the mustard’, I’m afraid. Anyway, never been to Thailand, so I cannot compare? 🤷‍♀️
  16. Wait a second. Please tell me that the authorities have removed these two animals and are preparing to put them to down? I know nature is revered in certain cultures, but this is ridiculous. 😳
  17. Then come back to the UK, now and contribute to our society. It sounds like you want your cake and eat it. And by the way, if you try & enter the UK, on a dinghy, very soon, you will be sent to Rwanda without the option to return.
  18. And maybe it was dark, because clown chops destroyed the street light, at that point, in the road? Just a thought? 🤔
  19. Maybe China is just pissed off that Thailand is an American ally, along with the Phillipines, South Korea and Japan. China may have a powerful military, but the Pacific Alliance, is much stronger. 🤔
  20. I am sorry but falling into a canal, whilst drunk and not being able to swim, makes absolutely no difference, to the response that these bystanders, should have shown. I actually think people have a duty to help fellow human beings, who find themselves in danger. This doesn’t mean they had an obligation to jump into the water and risk their own lives, but they could have at least found a rope or some kind of flotation device, to help this person. Showing some humanity, doesn’t actually require very much effort. 🤷‍♀️
  21. That is an absolutely disgusting response from the little girl’s father. In most cultures, with an ounce of humanity, your courageous act would have been met with applause & gratitude. It seems that this thread stands testament to the fact that Thai culture is embedded with sadism and a propensity to enjoy other people’s suffering. I am appalled by this behaviour and will think long and hard about ever visiting Thailand.
  22. It’s one thing not to intervene because you can’t swim, but it’s entirely another, to stand there laughing? For instance, these people could’ve called the emergency services or thrown a rope to the drowning woman. I think this kind of behaviour carries some culpability, from a legal perspective?
  23. Dmitry Medvedev would be proud of this man’s ability to speak gibberish.
