    First of all Australia is also a continent. Second, what difference does it make if a country is an Island or not?! In Oz we had a high ownership of firearms up until the Port Arthur Massacre (google is your friend) we actually led the world in Mass shootings at that time, however when the government said "enough is enough" Aussies basically said "Okay" instead of quoting some back-dated "const-ar-tooshon-all" right

    Just carry a large stick / golf club and stand straight whilst your ground has never failed me in me 58 years. More than one dog, swing the club in all their directions...the weakest will run with the rest following. (No need to actually hit them) The exception to the rule is a trained dogs which are trained to protect family and property no matter what. Not many here thankfully.

    We've had 3 here in our small village of around 300 people in the last 10 days. However, all three were know to like a "serious" drink too. We've been on 40-43 degrees for last 2 weeks

    I always take my son to the toilet at malls, festivals etc. Only once has there been an issue where a drunken local (of isaan) did the "doo doop" thing while my son was having a pee. Cost me 20K baht with Mr Plod but was happy to pay it as I believe his hospital bills were more. These maggots need extinguishing from the face of the human race.

While not an unusual thing, the uniforms in the picture are from a private school which are ridiculously overpriced. also in our small village of 300 here, everyone upcycles / gives hand-me-downs even for the local government school despite the the government subsidy. Waste not want not!
