The question was "Should Arabic numerals be taught in USA schools" and when people said "no", you changed the question to "Should mathematics which evolved from Arabia be taught in USA schools" And you then ridiculed the people who answered, even though you changed the question AFTER they answered . Its quite deceptive to change the question after they have answered

It seems to be your inability to understand the difference between "unlimited" and "unrestricted " and "guaranteed ". Last year they were limited to 2 per year , this year they are NOT limited to 2 per year . Although there are restrictions and entry isn't guaranteed and entry can be refused for certain things , but entry will not be refused for going 3 times
