Here is a news report of two French aid workers getting killed by Russian drones in Ukraine a few weeks ago . No one seemed to be bothered by it , no one seems to have even noticed . You are jumping the gun somewhat , you will need to wait for the results of the investigation to see why they died . There will probably be a plausible explanation . It was dark , and there could have been some mix up in the communications But, will have to wait until the investigation is complete . But whatever the investigation says , you will probably call it lies anyway , so it would be pointless you reading what the investigation says

As they are Muslim, they may well despise Israel and their decision to sign it may have nothing to do with their legal opinion .
