Any Country can take any other Country to the ICJ on any accusation they like , so just a Court case means absolutely nothing . At the Court case, the ICJ didn't find Israel guilty of Genocide

Israel were told by the ICJ not to commit any genocide, so Israel complied with that request and instead of bombing the hospital to kill the terrorists , Israel went in and targeted the terrorists individually . What more do you want ?

Read what I wrote . Jews are allowed to go and live (Emigrate to) in Israel , whilst other Religions cannot . Israel can decide for itself who can live in Israel .
