It never fails to amaze me the shortsightedness of some Thai buisness people,the guy who collects my son for school gets 2000 baht a month ,on quite a few occasions he is a bit late and my son says nothing ,twice in as many months my son was a little late and the guy had to wait about 2/3 minutes he shouted at my son ,well as he is now 18 he told the driver to stick it and now gets alternative transport ,2000 baht a month lost by driver, he then came back begging him to keep going with him ,but as my son now goes with a neighbour i save 2k ,moral if you are supplying a service ,although the customer may or may not be a ---- they are always right

Food average and well over priced.

The Indian place on Third Road just past Cherry's is much better food but still a little pricy.

That place has been shut for a while,i never saw a customer in the place.

Ime not suprised its closed ,took our son there for a birthday treat ,the staff were sitting outside while a child watched tv inside ,looked at the menu ,stood about for a few minutes like lemons ,nobody took any notice of us so we walked out ,

Tried it ,not bad ,but sorry wont pay tourist prices ,lived here to long ,many cheaper places to eat Indian food thats just as good.

Love the setting there ,all the plants down the side ,the wife thinks it rocks ,but as for the food ,so many places to choose from.

The same will happen here as did in Britain ,we did work for many housing assc,councills ect ect , minimum wage came in ,costs went up customers cut back our contracts ,we let staff go , people higher up the ladder wanted pay parity eg rises ,we cut them as well .

said do not be fooled by the tax free on electrical goods ,well i beg to disagree as i said ,we used seven seas ,(look them up on google) they delivered the packing materials ,a few weeks later picked up our containers ,we then left for Thailand ,about six weeks later they phoned us from BKK to say our stuff had arrived (we gave an address in BKK for it to be delivered in the price) when i told the guy we were in Pattaya he said no problem if we wanted it delivered there it was a small extra charge , there were no taxes to pay on our electical gear as my wife was a returning Thai .

The next day our stuff was deliverd to our home in Pattaya. no extra charges whatsoever,what is the name of the "crap" company you are using ,so others can be warned.
