sorry to sound like a wet blanket,but i wouldnt buy anything in pattaya,rental on these small condos is small,and you can move when you like ,why ty up the cash? so many for sale ,doesnt this say something ?

on the opposite side of the road from tops on corner of 2nd rd and central pattaya rd,there is a watch shop ,the guy in there is very good ,i have a very expensive raymond weil watch ,he changed battery no problem ,last year the winder broke and he said i can get a genuine replacement 7000 bhat and take a week or put one of mine 100 bhat ,i opted for the cheap one ,couldnt tell the difference and still going strong and looking good a year later.

tried ali baba once,to say the food was awfull is being polite. my daughter who was over on holiday and was brought up with indian food ,threw it in the bin ,even the cockroaches ran away

chevrolet recomend gasohol 95 and 91 for the optra ,they have a large advert in their showroom.

always use my thai driving licence and pay thai prices,except nong nooch wont play ball and still want falang price ,same goes for the yellow submarine ,when we took our boy for his birthday wanted falang price .mind you it wasnt even worth thai price

i have always used farcino in north pattaya rd,they have all brands and are a wholesaler with the lowest prices in pattaya ,i would never pay the inflated prices in the hospital,a total rip off.

also they have pharmacist on hand to give help.

i ran a thai marriage agency for 8 years,to be honest the visa bit you can do yourself,most agents in pattaya know sod all except how to fill in the forms.do it yourself and keep things simple ,also make sure your girl and you are singing from the same hymsheet.

i always use pattaya2u in dot com ,cheap very helpfull, always willing to discuss things and always give you a coke to drink.

asked at immegration the other day ,do you now require credit card details when i renew my retirement visa,answer no.

i then asked if what was written in pattaya mail true ,answer again no.

so over to you pattaya mail.

i dont know if this is any help,but this morning i was at immegration ,for my 90 day. i asked the immegration officer ,when i come back for my yearly retirement stamp ,will i need to show credit card details to you. his reply was no!! i then said so its not true whats in the paper and his reply was no!!

i have been seeing this officer for years so i assume what he says is correct.

sorry ,but have just spoken to my son and assumption only accepts the girls once they are older ,but he says that st pauls which is next door accepts girls of all ages .ime not sure of the cost but assume it is about the same. our next door neighbour sends his girls there to an english programme.

i pass the school when going to assumption and again it looks excellent,the bus picks the girls up as well.

anyway my lad 14 years old goes to assumption in sri racha,very very good school .the english programe is 40k per term,2 terms,a minibus collects and delivers them to pattaya for1800 bhat a month . it accepts boys and girls and i can recomend it .

just a point, but as far as i know the chevy opyra is manufactured in rayong isnt it ,the old model optra ie daewoo was made in korea ,or am i mistaken.

seen the golden guy on a bike ,many times all the bar girls wave to him, also the guy with the beard and a brolly,yet to see the zulu ,there is also a guy walks around with his wife ,got tattoes all over his face ,and sports a pony tale .

anyway what is it with these guys who are bald on top with a pony tail? are they in denial at not having a full head of hair?
