  1. This is what happens when you have everyone on ignore. You miss the debate, then get stuck in your empty echo chamber and think that by posting the same thing over and over, it makes it real.
  2. Yes you are probably right. When the interview is with Lou Dobbs, he is never going to be challenged on anything his says.
  3. Please have a look at this thread, for some facts.
  4. Keep digging, you’re just making yourself look worse. Your hero (who you deny supporting) knew what he was saying, it was aimed at those who lack the ability of critical thinking, people like you!
  5. Funniest post on the thread. It is only you that can not understand what was said. You really are in an alternate reality.
  6. 55555 are you jealous you have not on his ignore list or you after a new job as forum mod? The poster posted in the thread and never comes back to back up his statements, hence why he annoys people. Enjoy your day.
  7. Do not think AXA has an age limit on travel insurance. Price seems to be based on where you want to go and duration of coverage. Have booked travel insurance with them a few times, all done onlne, but never had to make a claim. Try this link for a quote. https://direct.axa.co.th/TA/CoverageOptionPlan
  8. 2 days overstay will be a 1000 baht fine and overstay stamp in passport, not a big deal. Only problem could arise if you later consider elite visa.
  9. ‘A court, in determining whether the defendant is guilty of the offence charged may draw such inferences as appear proper from evidence of silence in certain circumstances.’ From this link. https://www.hse.gov.uk/enforce/enforcementguide/investigation/witness-inferences.htm This link is from the HSE, as in the UK, not only the police are trained and use The PACE Act 1984, which determines when and how a warning verbal caution is used. It will be up to the judge, magistrate or jury (depending on which court the case is heard) to determined what to make of a silent/no comment response. Section 34 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. The chances of silence/no comment helping the case is going to be rare, it will just make the officer doing the questioning work harder on the evidence. Some evidence will have already pointed to the offender, or the verbal caution is not required for a witness statement. Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 is only relevant to Uk. PACE Act 1984 is only relevant to England and Wales.
  10. Fully agree. But that was not my quote, it came from the other poster, don't want people to confuse me with him. 555555
  11. Shame you have everyone on ignore, or you could read why this was posted. 555555
  12. It is only the King that cannot be arrested, and has sovereign immunity. Since 1967, that exemption has been written into more than 160 British laws to grant sweeping immunity to the monarch. All the other members of the Royal Family can be arrested, unless they are with him, the King. The laws also states that no arrests can be made in the monarch's presence, or within the surroundings of a royal palace. A royal palace is one that is used as a residence, such as Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace, regardless of whether the monarch is actually living there at the time. Arrest and questioning has to follow the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, and there is no exemption that Prince Andrew could use, other than stated above.
  13. Yes, he would make a perfect Dunning Kruger research candidate. I believe he is still trying to climb to point 1, and is never going to get there. He lacks the critical thinking and intellectual abilities to reach point 1, because his alternative reality, is the empty echo chamber, where only his opinion is right, and facts, the truth and others who do not agree are placed on ignore.
  14. Yes fully agree. He is not just turning on his own society, he is turning on himself. All the problems about life he likes to moan about, were caused by himself, but his lack of critical thinking, means he is unable to see it and wants to blame everyone else.
  15. 55555 Think I should follow your advice. I have mellowed as I got older, but still a little way to go yet.
  16. Thanks, yes I do try not replying to his posts, but there are so many of them every day. 55555 But everyday he post multiple times on threads I read, and not only posts nonsense, he likes to play the victim, claim others abuse him, and sometimes I just have to reply. I will try harder to avoid. I mostly try to only post on subjects I have the knowledge and experience, and try to back you my comments with links. So thank you for your comment, and yes I will have to bite my lip harder. 55555
  17. 555555 thank you so the post. He does not answer questions, he puts your on ignore. His favourite boost is that his ignore lists is pages long! The problems are, he refuses to accept facts and the truth, and believes only his opinion counts. I know everyone has different opinions, but they count for zero, when you refuse to accept the truth when presented to you. Read his post again, he is claiming the news sorry is false, then gives his opinion of what the news story should say. He lack the ability of critical thinking, and just swamps the forum everyday with rubbish. That is why many posters call him out. I don’t put people on ignore, because that just allows them to continue to post BS, unchallenged. You may notice from the replies, I am not the only one who thinks that way. Enjoy your day.
  18. Get them to contact you another way, or use a PC.
  19. Check you device meets the zoom system requirements. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060748 I have used it through chrome in the past, now find it easier just to use the app.
  20. Please do not put him on ignore. That is what he wants. He ignores everyone so he does not see any challenges. If everyone ignores him he gets away with posting what he wants. Facts and truth are the best way to approach this, even if t gets harder to remain civil against most of the BS
  21. Yet another stupid post by the man thats has everyone ignore, as he believes, like Trump, his is always right. How long is it going to take for those fooled by this conman to look at them self and realise? I think never! More will be along to show they 100 % support for every word their hero says, look at the claim yesterday on how the ‘chosen one’ would have negotiated and prevented the civil war? Some posters are in an alternative reality. 5555555, but lack the intelligence to see it.
  22. Couple of months ago, they seemed to be having a mad moment about the TM30. We were just asked to go to the outside building, register it and come back to the extension desk.
  23. Did mine a couple of months ago. Same documents as the year before. Also I did new pics. I did my bank letter, 400000 deposit, and update on the way to immigration, as K Bank does it in about 15 mins. Got updated Kor Ror the day before, 20 baht. Only issue were there wanted a new TM30, as I had been out of the country. I had done it online, but their want it done in office. No fine or fee, just a new piece of paper in passport. Had home visit the next week, wanted witness with their house book. They took a couple of pictures, no fees requested.
  24. You asked the same question on Saturday. Are you expecting different answers?
  25. Really When was the last time you were in Pattaya? Your own posts show that you are not in Thailand anymore. Seems that your life is just posting many BS posts everyday on this forum, everyday..
