If you were forced to pick one person of the two I am sure that Trump would be the loser like he was in the last election. No one wants a Trump baby or child IMO. Trump is the best weapon the dictators of the world have ever imagined. Truly one of the five most dangerous people on the planet Earth.

Only President in the history of the USA to not peacefully transfer power is Trump. I do not deny that others including Biden are not saints or perfect. But Trump has caused more damage to our elections, democracy, courts, and has taught his followers the lie that manners are weak, try to win by intimidation, and he is above the law. He is a complete user with no morals, ethics and is like a dangerous TV preacher or cult leader. It is hard to imagine anyone would want their child to imitate and grow up to act like Trump.

Rich donors are in it for the money and most understand his personality defects. Unlike his cult followers who have never been rich and never will be. And cult members love having their identity reaffirmed by a con man. It would be funny if it was not so dangerous.

When you leave Thailand and come back the one year time period resets. You do it one year after your return date. If you leave once a year you never have to do it. Email the LTR center. They are professional and will give you the best answers.

In Bangkok you do it at the One Stop visa center not CW. The LTR office is on same floor as One Stop visa center. No problems with this issue in Bangkok. if you are eligible for an LTR and do not get one then you are making life harder for yourself IMO.

Sorry for your troubles. My experience was the LTR people in the office and online were helpful and great. I did not have to have any bank statements translated for my application. I needed my retirement account year end statement and tax return and health insurance. The LTR makes life in Bangkok so much better. No chang wattana ever again.

Did my tax return on Sukhumvit Soi 21 at Thailand tax office last January. I wanted to get back the withholding tax from my fixed Bangkok Bank account. Received my refund check today. Will deposit it into my Bangkok Bank account tomorrow. Easy

My dealer had an employee drive me to Bangkok Bank and get a check.The employee spoke to the Bank teller and handled the issue. You need your passport and bank book and sign for the bank check. I could have also paid with the Bangkok Bank app to the dealer’s QR code but the Bangkok Bank app was not working properly on that day.

Sorry to say you have never gotten 5 percent interest at Bangkok Bank in the last 15 years on any type of foreign currency account. You do get one half of one percent. Then the bank charges you 1 percent if you convert your USA dollars to Thai baht.

Contact AirBnB and tell them you have been sued for giving a review. They probably have delt with this situation before and may offer guidance or connect you to a proper lawyer that others owners have used in the past. Best of luck.
