Film sets have arms experts because actors are not experts. You are not negligent to rely on an expert on movie sets. Not complicated if you ever studied the law of movie sets and live theater in law school.

You are not quoting the law correctly. These are suggested safety protocols based on the circumstances. They are not the law on Movie sets, live theater shows and other events. Ridiculous to hire an arms experts on safety and then legally require. untrained actors to check the acting gun for safety. You may wish that is the law on movie sets with actors but it is not. The arms expert is suppose to handle gun safety and live ammunition is never suppose to be on a movie set or live stage. Quit quoting the law when you have never practiced law as an attorney.

Completely wrong. You are allowed to rely on an armory expert who verifies the safety of the gun. He is 100 percent not guilt and was simply a target because he is rich and famous. You think John Wayne checked his gun every time. No way. Real bullets are not suppose to be on any movie set. And the armory expert is there for safety reasons to make sure nothing like this happens. While it may sound good to you that every actor must check a weapon before acting. That is not the law.

He was not guilty. The film hired a gun expert. She is guilty. Just because you are a star does not mean anything that goes wrong is your fault. This case should have never been brought by the prosecutors. I believe the prosecutors brought this case to bolster their name recognition and career and this case had nothing to do with justice.

Some of the older condos built in Bangkok are bigger, higher ceilings, more balcony space and quiet so that you don’t have that foot walking noise above you. I live in a condo that was built in 1982. Not noisy and solid walls and floors and high ceilings.

Sounds like you don’t qualify for a LTR. Your post is full of misinformation. Nothing to do yearly except an 90 day report if you don’t leave the country. For the ease and comfort of staying in Thailand with the least amount of hassle long term, the LTR is the best value. Why post negative nonsense about something that is a great deal and mostly hassle free if you qualify.

If you were forced to pick one person of the two I am sure that Trump would be the loser like he was in the last election. No one wants a Trump baby or child IMO. Only President in the history of the USA to not peacefully transfer power is Trump. I do not deny that others including Biden are not saints or perfect. When you leave Thailand and come back the one year time period resets. You do it one year after your return date. If you leave once a year you never have to do it. Email the LTR center. They are professional and will give you the best answers.

In Bangkok you do it at the One Stop visa center not CW. The LTR office is on same floor as One Stop visa center. No problems with this issue in Bangkok. if you are eligible for an LTR and do not get one then you are making life harder for yourself IMO.

Sorry for your troubles. My experience was the LTR people in the office and online were helpful and great. I did not have to have any bank statements translated for my application. I needed my retirement account year end statement and tax return and health insurance. The LTR makes life in Bangkok so much better. No chang wattana ever again.

Did my tax return on Sukhumvit Soi 21 at Thailand tax office last January. I wanted to get back the withholding tax from my fixed Bangkok Bank account. Received my refund check today. Will deposit it into my Bangkok Bank account tomorrow. Easy

My dealer had an employee drive me to Bangkok Bank and get a check.The employee spoke to the Bank teller and handled the issue. You need your passport and bank book and sign for the bank check. I could have also paid with the Bangkok Bank app to the dealer’s QR code but the Bangkok Bank app was not working properly on that day.

Sorry to say you have never gotten 5 percent interest at Bangkok Bank in the last 15 years on any type of foreign currency account. You do get one half of one percent. Then the bank charges you 1 percent if you convert your USA dollars to Thai baht.

Contact AirBnB and tell them you have been sued for giving a review. They probably have delt with this situation before and may offer guidance or connect you to a proper lawyer that others owners have used in the past. Best of luck.
